  The worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. We called beforehand to make sure they had an orange and purple iPhone 17pro (which Kaden said they had 2x orange phones which was okay) I was working so I sent my girlfriend by herself. When she arrived Kaden said they didn’t have any and could only get 2 of the blue colors shipped. A little odd since they were shipped he couldn’t accommodate the colors. He checked all the local crickets in our area and said there was NONE. I called the yuba city/orland/Oroville store and indeed they had them in stock. Kaden basically got us to buy the blue ones so he would get the commission money from the sale instead of another cricket employee from a different location getting commission. I’ve reached out multiple times and never got an apology for how he handled the situation/business. Only excuses. I do not recommend anyone going to Kaden or other employees at the Chico store as they were only backing up his actions. Think as if it was a car and you really wanted a certain color which was at a sister dealership but instead Kaden wanted his commission and lied about no other store having iPhone 17s in purple/orange in stock. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. And before I forget NO RECIPT which is unprofessional. Quoted 75$ per month for 2 phones and when we received the weong phones thr charges for phones only was 100$
