Stopped into Best Buy for literally five minutes to handle something on my laptop, and got approached multiple times like I was doing something wrong 😕. It felt more like hovering than helping 🚨. Definitely left a bad impression—dial it back a bit and trust your customers 👍. The staff weren’t wearing name tags so I don’t know who they were.

I went into Best Buy with questions I needed answered. I was directed to Jordon H. He was extremely willing to answer all questions asked. Jordan was very professional, understanding of my lack of what I was needing. I would recommend asking for him to anybody going into Best Buy. Jordan thank you so much for all your help.

No one can get ahold of the store, you can't talk to a store manager very poor customer service

If I could give a zero, I would. KAI, uncooperative supervisor. Sitting by the doors like it’s a throne.
I got myself a second job which was a remote job. I bought a MacBook for it and since the remote job didn’t work for me, I wanted to return obviously. I called Best Buy, only to be routed to their third party call center. They told me that I won’t get a money refund since it’s past my 15 days but that I would get in store credit. I figured and was totally okay with it, perhaps I’d find a product better in use than a MacBook sitting on my table… well there I go looking dumb tell the supervisor as well, what was honored to me and he kept nodding no. It’s their “SOP policy” they can’t do anything. I asked to speak to a store manager, and he said he’s too busy. So I said if I can get his information to explain what I was told my their call center and he said well I don’t have anyone above me. So quick now to say that? anyways, I left the store before he acted like I, the customer, was escalating it after he was dismissing everything I was saying.. I called again, third party again, and they told me same thing, IN STORE CREDIT ! and when I told them how I got treated and why I am not getting honored what they are saying they themselves don’t understand WHY I CANT GET STORE CREDIT. being told now TWICE. It’s very unfair. I’m in management, Kai needs better training in hearing and empathizing, he’s definitely lacking in that. His nods and sassy attitude should be no where in place of leadership. Disappointed. What are you representing Best Buy?

If there is a local number to the store, one should be able to call the store and speak to a live person. Encountering AI, asking for a representative and then being transferred to a call center is unacceptable. The call center agent isn't even able to call the store directly. I had a question about my pick up order. It went unanswered.
