  Horrible service. They made us wait 3 hours. They took our dog inside and misinformed us of what was to happen. The pimple was already popped but they called it an abscess . They said no need to cut just to clean and give antibiotics . Then they told us 30 min come to find out they never started and weren’t planning on it until later . Then they came out and said he needed to be sedated . For what ??? To clean around it. It all doesn’t make sense . This is after the original 3 hours. They said more serious injuries before ours but we found out the only doctor who was claiming to work on emergencies was doing her notes . How professional is this . They were rude and not friendly. They charged us and just didn’t want to do anything . They were misleading . And misinformed us. The doctors name is Mellisa Ferguson . Horrible I can’t express how horrible everything about her was. I don’t Recommend this place to anyone . She is very incompetent . We decided to leave . We don’t trust her with our dog

  I can take a lie detector test on this when I tell the manager or supervisor Jarod is a classic act and not in a good way. Very judgmental and I don’t understand the rudeness and disingenuous nature and negativity/disrespectful. You can give Simone trying to get help for their pet. He pretty much thinks he’s more important than the pet or the customer And quick to hang up the phone. He was very argumentative and there’s no point to complain to him because he is apart of the problem and people that answer the phone that can’t comprehend English with the same attitude. Jarod repeats himself a lot as if I didn’t graduate English class for 12-13 years I do speak ENGLISH. If I say okay the first time you don’t have to repeat the same thing 5 different times. I don’t wanna play the race card but yeah he’s one of those…. I’ll pay 2 million dollars at another facility then to take them to this place. Customer service speaks volumes and this place Is Atrocious.

  Terrific doctors and overall staff. Truly care about our fur babies specialy during emergencies. I recommend without hesitations.

  I had a deeply upsetting experience at VCA Animal Hospitals late Wednesday night around 10:38 PM. My girlfriend and I brought in a newborn kitten we had just found, hoping for help or at least guidance. Instead, we were immediately dismissed. Before we could even explain the situation, the rude female staff member at the front cut us off and said, in a very condescending tone, “this is not a drop off center.” The way she said it paired with a SMIRK felt incredibly cold and dismissive, especially given the urgency of the situation and the fact that we were trying to help a fragile, newborn animal. As a veterinary facility, you would expect at least a basic level of compassion or willingness to listen. We weren’t asking them to take responsibility without question we just wanted help or direction. Instead, we were shut down instantly, without a single question about the kitten’s condition. It was honestly shocking. When someone walks into a hospital human or animal you expect care, or at the very least empathy. That was completely absent here. Thankfully, we went to another hospital afterward where the staff treated us with kindness and actually helped. The contrast was night and day. Based on this experience, I would not trust this location with ANY PET! Compassion should be the bare minimum in this field, and sadly, that was not what we encountered here. STAY AWAY

  Avoid this place!!!! Brought my dog for a free checkup and they put her to sleep without me knowing and kicked me off the premises.
