I always have a good experience visiting this store throughout the years. Their service has always been on point. Can’t wait to visit again soon. I really like that they have some sample AirPods to try out without having to ask one of the employees but you can certainly reach out to them if you have questions! Some stores like the one in Modesto doesn’t do that unfortunately

I have to give 5 stars because the techs really helped me out in multiple ways. But minus 1 stars due to being the most crowded, loud, hectic, busy additional lines that others don’t have, of any Apple Store. It’s the worse in that sense. In that sense, it’s really bad (but on the flip side carriers exist in the mall and you don’t need to drive if needed along with Apple issue).

I have been here twice, both times were for repairs with horrible results. All they try to do is push new products, sell you a new phone rather than fix the issue plus you sit around for hours and hours waiting for them to be done. The “technician” in the back who half fixed my phone accidentally ripped my wireless cable inside the iPhone. This caused my tap to pay, Apple Pay not to work at stores.. I tried to make a purchase at a store next door 2 minutes after picking up my phone and couldn’t. After 3 days of trouble shooting they tried to just sell me a new phone. I took my phone to a licensed iPhone repair shop and they opened my phone and immediately recognized the wireless cable was ripped , they fixed the wireless cable and repaired the original problem and only charged me $30 my phone works great and my Apple wallet works like a charm This Apple Store is a Zoo 🦓 🦁 🐅 always too crowded and nobody knows what they are doing besides upselling people. NEVER AGAIN and I do mean that. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

The official premiere of the Amazon-backed Melania movie isn’t until Thursday night at the Kennedy Center, but with a snowstorm about to bear down on Washington, D.C., First Lady Melania Trump is opening the White House for a special dinner and screening for 70 of her friends, family members and assorted VIPs. The event, which has not been promoted or advertised, is taking place in the White House on Saturday. Guests include director Brett Ratner; Queen Rania of Jordan; Zoom CEO Eric Yuan; Apple CEO Tim Cook; New York Stock Exchange CEO Lynn Martin; AMD CEO Lisa Su; Mike Tyson; socialite and Fiat heiress Azzi Agnelli; self-help guru Tony Robbins; and photographer Ellen von Unwerth, who shot the movie poster for the film.

TERRIBLE “Get Started Mac” class. I was the only one at the class and had some specific questions about my new laptop. I asked before class for help but he said no, it would have to be after. Then during the class (again, only me), I was trying to ask questions and he told me, “you know, you’re being really rude,” and when I apologized and explained that I wasn’t trying to be, I just needed help, he responded “well you can just leave.” ??? Why would I leave, I needed help! Zero stars for this guy. I’ve gone to so many workshops for all my other Apple products at a variety of locations and they’ve all been excellent. But this was shameful.
