    Misleading and unfair business practice. We had a very bad experience with this store. My wife dropped off her phone for repair. At drop-off they informed her they would remove the screen protector. We asked clearly if they would install a replacement without extra charge, and they did NOT explain any additional cost. When we came to pick up the phone, they suddenly charged extra for the screen protector. After we complained, the staff insisted “you signed paperwork so it must be removed,” using that as an excuse after the fact instead of being transparent from the beginning. This is not professional, not honest, and not respectful to customers. If you value transparency and fair pricing, avoid this place.

    I bought a phone here for a Christmas gift to a good family member but the phone I got screen was too small they wanted the pro Max. So we went back and they said since it was bought in full and it was a high amount that they will need to do a return which means it will require a 6 to 8 week wait for the check to be mailed to my address. They are so fast to take my money but will take there take to return it. I even said we can just swap it and then put the rest on a card.

    Apple Store is a reliable place for both support and purchases. The store is usually very busy, but it’s well organized and easy to navigate. Staff members are generally knowledgeable and helpful, whether you’re there with a product question, need help with setup, or have a service appointment. While not every sales associate may have the same level of expertise, I personally haven’t had any issues. I usually do my research before visiting and ask specific questions, which has always worked well for me. I also appreciate how efficient the process is, especially when appointments are scheduled in advance. Even with the crowds, the overall experience tends to be smooth and professional. A solid place for tech support, upgrades, and Apple products.

    Went to buy an iPhone Xmas eve around 6pm I was in line an African American worker came to the Line and said whoever was only buy phone he was gonna help first cuz he didn’t want to help clients with anything else while he was helping me he was having a conversation with the security guy being unprofessional talking about clients saying how ppl are dumb for always coming in last minute and wasting time that’s why he was just pulling ppl that were only there to BUY PHONES and nothing else while I was in front of him! I told him I didn’t want him helping me anymore because of the unnecessary comments he was making in front of me & he said well you can go back in line all the way to the back again , I asked him for the manager he took me with her and I told her about the situation she didn’t even apologize she just told someone else to help me the next guy was helping me he was horrible too! I forgot to mentioned they both tried to slide me to activate a Apple Card after I told both I was just there a month ago and I didn’t want that and they were both saying that was the only way to get my iPhone to get Apple Card they lied to me and kept telling me to click the device and accept to run my information. I will be making a report with the department of consumer. Horrible service.

    Firstable do yourself favour and stay away from this store if I could give them a zero star I will I walking to this Apple Store to get my AirPod fix or replace instead of addressing the problem the baseball me from tech to another for two hours telling me firmware on AirPod isn’t updated, find out it’s a lie they just want to give up a leave spoke to manager Sammy about issues he was aware of of instead of doing the right things to solve the issue he come up with excuses that’s when I felt they all were playing me around so Shame on you manager sammy I being apple fan for 15 years worse experience with applecare.pic is included to support case thanks
