  I went in to for a pick up order today at 10:20am 11/17/2025 and the guy in the pick up section helped another person that was there after me. I also told this same guy working in the pick up section that I wanted my screen protector that I purchased there in apple to be put in my phone and he told me it has to be a specific one and I told him I wanted to see the specific one and he just told me to move over and started helping someone else. That person working at the pick up station was rude and my experience was horrible there, he was too lazy to put my screen protector that I purchased there through pick up. Horrible customer service from him.

  I've always had good service at this store, whether buying or getting tech support. It can get busy here... really, really busy.

  The goal is to sell more product not fix your issue. Unless you have Apple care, don’t recommend you come to do any repairs here at all. I was told by Apple support to go to a physical store so they can inspect the unit and see what they can do about it. My iPhone 13 Pro Max out of nowhere started to have display issues and would flash green with orange lines. Button feedback and notifications sound still where working, but as time past screen got darker and darken with its green lines, all in 24 hours. Arrive to Apple Store with appointment, person comes over and takes the phone to connect to apples repair software. It reads that the display is bad and the motherboard is dead. Employee says ya it’s dead we can’t fix it, if you had Apple care we would of done it for $29. Mind you this is a 4 year old phone at this point so $129 x 4 =$516.00 for Apple care if I did have it. Was quoted $600 for a new iPhone 13 Pro Max, plus employee saying ya that probably happened cause of water damage. I knew what they were saying was all false and kinda sad Apple is super pushy to sell new units. Mind you this issue I’m having issues super well documented online and when i mentioned that they quote said “Well we don’t have documentation on that”. So I went to a repair shop got a new display and what do you know the motherboard wasn’t dead or water damaged like Apple claimed. This is why right to repair laws are important.

  I don’t want to talk to a recording!!! You’re a multi Billion $$ co. Have someone answer the phone. All I want is an appointment. Bullshit a phone co. Doesn’t answer the phone

  This store is very organized, and the staff are knowledgeable. From the beginning, a gentleman kindly guided me to the line, and another gentleman with an iPad helped place my order. Then I met Nofo, who assisted me through the entire process of trading in my old iPhone and setting up my new one. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and full of positive energy, which made me even more excited about getting my new iPhone. I truly believe this is an excellent Apple Store that perfectly represents the Apple brand — especially in terms of customer service. Thank you all for your hard work and for making my day!
