  Horrible customer service. Came in to get my 9 year old sons Ipad evaluated and the service guy was extremely rude, gave us no options, was not empathetic at all; and if you ask me, he was even disrespectful on his comments about my sons Ipad considering he was there with us. He left the store very sad, almost crying. Very unorganized store too...

  I had a great experience, I was a bit late for my appointment but they were graceful enough to fit me in, and even though they said it may take time but I didn't even noticed, I was so entertained by the lady teaching the kids how to draw on the tablet. Needles to say I had a great time Im not even bother about the fact that I unfortunately have to call apple because they couldn't help me at the store🥴😅

  1. Amazing shopping experience! The mall is clean, spacious, and has a great mix of stores. Perfect place to spend the day with family.

  Love the experience of coming here and getting a new phone upgrade everytime I’m due for one. I only took off one star because some customer service reps in there don’t seem to have joy in what they do that this one guy working there looked at me like he hates his life and gave me a stare as if I was using a “stolen” debit card to make a purchase. Overall, great store.
