They were friendly and really helpful when I upgraded my phone. They knew their stuff and answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought were ridiculous. I also appreciated that when I came back a few days later, Jasmine remembered me. I really appreciate good customer service because it makes everything so much easier.

The staff said they have no system to help with customers accounts. Which is a complete lie. Incredibly lazy. Will never return to this location.
