  I am 64 years old and not very modern technology oriented but I did just buy Samsung Galaxy A23 5G which I love and want to know everything about it. I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain to me how everything works, let me use WiFi in the store to update software and I left very happy with this incredible service. Thank you Hakeem and Cricket.

  DeeJay’s customer service is unmatched. He was kind and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure my son and I were comfortable with our phone selection and plan by providing superior customer service. His knowledge and kindness made our experience at this store excellent. 😃
