So the guy comes over and I tell him I ordered a upgrade to my s10. Or the exchange whatever they call it , only to find out it didn't go thru because of my situation and my brother gave me the phone and it's on his line/account so I'm stuck without his ok to do all this on his account . Needless to say it didn't get done and I'm still in the same boat. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ dam it. My overall review was as it was and the clerk did most everything he could so I gave them a 4 star

I bought a phone from another store and I unknowingly got a terrible plan at a terrible price. This store got me a new phone with a better plan, for cheaper. Changing phones will always suck, but this store made it suck as little as possible.

Verizon stole $180 from me and came up with a nonsense reason why they couldn't give me the phone I paid for AND THEY PHYSICALLY HAD IN THE STORE and not one employee could explain to me why but the money came out of my account instantly. No one from customer service to tech support to salesman to managers give a single damn about you. For the love of God if you value your sanity avoid Verizon and this store like the plague. The only thing they are capable of is taking your money. 3 days of insanity resulted in money being stolen from me and not one person anywhere in any position in this company able to do more than stare at me blankly. Thank you for the mental breakdown Verizon

I had an older iPhone that completely shut down on me and was not salvageable, and had to get a new phone. He helped me find the best phone for my needs and he helped me figure out how to get everything onto my new phone!! I was completely lost in all this and was so stressed, but Tim made this experience so easy for me. He truly is the kindest sales rep I’ve dealt with in years! Thank you Tim!!
