The staff here will overcharge you and try to get you to add extra services you don't need. I was pressured by multiple staff members to make upgrades and changes to my plan a few times. Even the manger. I felt very uncomfortable and left unable to buy the phone I wanted. I love Verizon and usually their customer service it great. This is the opposite of what I would expect from such a reputable company.

We arrived 10mini earlier, the manager who chewing gum lady told will check in so we waited then 11 o’clock she taking care of other customers, then done with that customer they start call other customers who came after us. So we ask the manager she forgot checked us in. No sorry or anything with chewing gum. We just waisted our time there. Don’t go this shop.
