They said 10 days max to replace a battery. On day 10, she went to go retrieve her fixed computer, to no avail. We returned this evening, 13 days later, and the battery was still not replaced. No call or communication. The service rep that came out to explain showed no sympathy, no accountability, no solutions. We left with the subpar computer, as she has to return to college. This experience was the worst customer service I've had in a very long time.

I was stressed about work and if my phone could be fixed and the costs, etc. But Andrew was able to fix my problem quickly and was very nice. All the other employees were nice as well. 10/10!!! Way better than any apple i've been to. There was no long wait and they actually listened to my problem instead of assuming I just needed to reset my phone. Amazing!

I didn't know my password so they informed me I needed to initiate a security delay, which takes an hour. Major first world problems here because I didn’t know my password, but there were several opportunities to tell me I needed to remove my phone from find my. Which I couldn’t stick around for because the 50 minute wait caused me to leave late to an appointment in San Diego. I recommend telling customers what they need to do so they can come prepared so instances like this don’t continue in the future.
