  I bought the iPhone 17 at the end of October, and after just one month, I started experiencing constant freezing issues. The Apple Store didn't accept my return, and now I'm really frustrated. The battery doesn't hold a charge properly, and the phone freezes frequently. I'm really upset because how was I supposed to know about these issues within the first 14 days? This has been a disappointing experience with Apple.

  I spent about 30 minutes trying to buy a new phone, and I couldn't even get answered. A salesman told me to wait at a table, and then they ignored me the rest of the time. Don't waste time in this store, the sellers will pretend you don't even exist. And when I went to ask if it was possible to buy the device at the store, he was disrespectful and told me to buy it online. Terrible service!

  I had an outstanding experience with Tony at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store in Carlsbad. He mentioned that he’s been working at this location since it opened, and it really showed in his knowledge and confidence. I had an appointment on a Thursday and arrived early, and they were able to take me right away, which I really appreciated. I brought in my AirPods Max due to a Bluetooth connection issue after already troubleshooting with an agent prior to my visit. From the moment we started, Tony truly listened to my concerns, clearly explained what he believed the issue was, and confirmed the same analysis I had reached myself. He was funny, witty, and incredibly easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. The level of support I received from Tony honestly blew me away. He was professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. I truly believe Tony is the best employee at this Apple Store, and he represents Apple customer service at its absolute best!

  Quick service, was there for pickup and had an easy check in process and incredibly easy pickup service. Waited probably 4 minutes, in and out in 5 minutes.

  If I could select no stars I would. Just got back from CARLSBAD Apple Store. My college student daughter dropped her computer off on 12/27/25. They said 10 days max to replace a battery. On day 10, she went to go retrieve her fixed computer, to no avail. We returned this evening, 13 days later, and the battery was still not replaced. No call or communication. The service rep that came out to explain showed no sympathy, no accountability, no solutions. We left with the subpar computer, as she has to return to college. This experience was the worst customer service I've had in a very long time.
