  Armand is a 10/10 employee !! So helpful in helping me finally pull the trigger on a new MacBook after 15 years. Very patient, answered all my questions and was so kind and knowledgeable. Truly a gem.

  Apple’s free classes are a great way to extend the benefits of owning an iPhone. Carlos Romero’s Apple Intelligence class was outstanding. Even as a heavy AI user, I walked away with practical tools I hadn’t been using on my iPhone - from visual shopping, translation, summarizing web pages or web sites, to cleaning up photos, to understanding security features on Safari, plus much more. Carlos is clear and makes learning fun. Thank you!

The entrance has a clean, modern look that fits well with the surrounding shopping area and sets the tone right away. Inside, the space is a bit more compact, but it still carries the full range of Apple products you’d expect. The layout is efficient and easy to move through, which makes it simple to get in, handle what you need, and keep moving. The staff has been attentive and helpful, making it easy to get questions answered or test out devices without hassle. I’ve also found myself stopping in here while working on The Maui Desire Romance Series, where having reliable gear and a quick stop like this helps keep everything moving without breaking momentum. Overall it’s a well-run Apple Store in Carlsbad with a modern design, efficient layout, and a friendly, capable team.

  I recently upgraded my phone and needed to pair my Apple watch. I first went to Best But (where I purchased the phone) and the geek squad said I should go to Apple. Cruised over to Apple and Armand was so nice, and so helpful! Had my watch paired before they closed. Roberto was also very kind. In general the Apple customer service in that store is amazing!
