  Nice folks and friendly environment but they don't offer much advice, it's cheaper and more informative to deal with the website. No origination fee on the website.

  I was initially pleased with the service until I found Yolanda created a fake gmail acct with my name and rated herself, giving herself 5 stars for being so amazing. I don’t care for fraudulent reviews. That is dishonest.

  Tengo tres meses con el plan.... La primera a comprar el teléfono y adquirir el servicio y dos a pagar el plan... La primera vez todo muy bien, señorita muy amable, trato directo y rápido... Pero las otras dos veces horrible de tardado y me hicieron pagar un seguro que nunca pedí.... Infórmese bien y pidan su estado con detalles porque las empleadas no te informan nada...

  We had a nice and easy time switching our phone service and saving some real money. Pilar was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and making the experience a great one. I wish we had thought to come here a long time ago.
