Buyer beware: Best Buy now uses third-party delivery via DoorDash, yet provides no reliable way to track the delivery—even if you have a DoorDash account. My $250 order never arrived. Best Buy customer service confirmed that the delivery photo did not match my residence, and both my Ring and Nest cameras show no record of any delivery. Despite this verification, resolving the issue and obtaining a refund proved unnecessarily difficult and is still unresolved. Rather than promptly refunding the order or offering an in-store pickup replacement, I was forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company. If you choose to shop at Best Buy, I strongly recommend in-store pickup only. Their third-party delivery process lacks transparency, accountability, and effective tracking. The experience was frustrating, and I regret the purchase. Don't take the risk.
