I called geek squad to make an appointment they told me 10:40, I arrive and let them know, they tell me to have a seat and someone will be with me shortly. 20 minutes go by when another person arrives and tells them they do not have an appointment and he gets helped instantly while I am waiting. This is not proper protocol , I followed there steps and get pushed back. Tried speaking to the manager and all he can say was sorry . Didn’t even bother trying to help or anything . It’s a 1 star beach located I can’t give a ZERO!!!!! This location needs training in customer service and following appointments.
