When I came to buy a phone, everything was fast and smooth. The sales process was quick and efficient. However, a month later the camera stopped working, and the repair process has been extremely slow.
You have to find an available employee yourself just to be told to wait 15 minutes — but in reality, you end up waiting at least 40 minutes or more. The lack of organization and communication is very frustrating.
It feels like customer service is only fast when they are selling you something. Once there’s a problem, everything suddenly moves very slowly. Disappointed with the repair experience.
It’s first time when I have to deal with that long repair work .

Topanga Apple has terrible appointment scheduling service. They give you an appointment time, but then an hour passes and they never call you to ask how they can help you. There are too many people, and they never call you.
I left a bad review on Yelp as well, these folks are working with their repair centers to give people the runaround, send their products off and do nothing with them, and have people coming back-and-forth to the store, needing to make an appointment over and over and over again to get more useless service. You walk in, the floor is saturated with all of their Employees, which is ironic because why do you need that many hires to get absolutely nothing done. Avoid the store, avoid Apple.

From start to finish, this was an amazingly easy experience for someone like me who is NOT at all tech savvy. Hats off to: John in Sales and Mike and Gabby in tech for their efficiency and patience in getting me up to speed!! Not sure why the Google ratings are so low? They were outstanding!

Jonathan, JC, Nick and Cameron were very hospitable. The techs and staff are very knowledgeable. Great location.
