The moment I walk in, the check-in lady tells me they’re fully booked for the next three days, even their waiting list. Meanwhile, I can see several employees casually chatting and laughing, clearly not too busy. When I insist on speaking with someone or a manager, the manager finally comes out, with an attitude like I’m interrupting her day. The funny part? After all that, she answers my question in just two minutes. And the worst part? This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this same location.
