From the moment I walked in, Nick immediately put me at ease about what I thought was a cracked screen and made sure I was taken care of.
He introduced me to Sang, who was outstanding, engaging, personable, and genuinely interested in connecting. As he replaced my screen protector, we had a great conversation that naturally led into golf. He then introduced me to Kendall, which added another layer to the experience.
Kendall was just as engaging and welcoming. The entire interaction felt seamless and intentional (I even gave Apple News another shot because of this experience). It reminded me why I’ve invested in Apple, not just for the products, but for the brand and the people behind it.
After seeing some of the overall ratings for this location, it made me reflect on how quick people are to complain when something goes wrong, yet how often they stay silent when they receive great service. I didn’t want to be silent, service like this deserves to be recognized.
Nick, Sang, and Kendall all delivered an exceptional experience.

They are the WORST store I have ever encountered.. THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF HUSTLERS I have ever done business with. I waited an hour.. (with an appointment) received a variety of conflicting and inaccurate information. Then got charged over $800 to fix a defective screen, just for them to end up reformatting the hard drive and erasing everything I needed.
They care nothing about you or your time.. Doing business with Apple is like 😭... I hate it. Spend your money elsewhere... My company will never buy another one. Thanks for the horrible experience, Michael.

Stood there for 10 min, ready to buy a Mac book air, no one came , asked for help they said they would send someone. No one came , another person came said he would send someone no one came. We stood there for 25 min ready to spend 1200 dollars . No one was willing to help with 7 people standing around helping No one. That's just bad service.

I’m used to great customer service at Apple Stores, even for small purchases like a watch band, but this experience was really disappointing. The interaction felt minimal and purely transactional, with no engagement or helpful information from staff.
Every time I visit an Apple Store, I leave learning something new, even when buying something simple like a case. This time, I didn’t get any of that.
I got the band I’d been excited about for a while, but the experience completely took away that excitement. What should’ve been a fun purchase ended up feeling underwhelming.
I’m giving 2 stars because I did get the product I needed, but the overall experience was not what I expect from Apple.
