    Shaunette was very patient, kind, and understanding. Her knowledge and experience shows— She fixed a complicated issue with my SIM and IMEI mixup that another employee and a different store could not figure out in 3 hours— and without even having to call customer service. She was immensely helpful and got my phone working again in 15 minutes.

    We had a very patient and knowledgeable store Rep. We had to merge phone accounts so it was a challenge. She had no trouble doing the many steps. Camarillo Verizon on Los Posas. She was GREAT.
