  the apple store in Burlingame is no;t that helpful at all last night I had an incadent where I was not getting any notafacations on my phone and they weren't that halpfun and now I called them about backing up my phone and this guy was talking over me I don't like that the there'd incident I had is I went into the store and they weren't helpful either

  Why would they let me make an appointment and have zero capacity for seeing me. Been waiting for more than 35 minutes now. There’s something messed up about this store

  I've never had such a terrible experience. They took my money but couldn't give me the phone. There's something wrong with the staff at this location! They took the money and still haven't given me a refund!

  Fuimos a esta tienda con la intención de comprar un iPad. Como soy latina y quería entender bien los detalles y diferencias entre los modelos, preferí ser atendida por alguien que hablara español. La única persona de habla hispana que había fue precisamente quien nos dio el peor trato. Porque del resto tenían toda la disposición de atendernos hasta con google translate. Nos habló de manera grosera, nos dijo que nos hiciéramos a un lado y que enviaría a alguien más. Pasaron más de 20 minutos y nunca mandó a nadie, ni siquiera tuvo la cortesía de avisar que estaba ocupada o que no nos iba a atender aunque solo se encontraba hablando con otros compañeros. Es muy triste y decepcionante que personas de la misma comunidad sean las que actúen con xenofobia y desprecio. El servicio fue pésimo.

  Occasionally I get surveys from Apple after I purchase a product or need a service but I did not get one after my visit to this store this past Thursday. But I did want to recognize such exceptional customer service from Lexie. We showed up about 20 minutes to closing, thinking it was enough time to do a phone trade-in and e-waste four old laptops. I should know, being in healthcare, that it’s not cool to drop in a few minutes before closing expecting a service. But—- Lexie to the rescue! She greeted us with a smile and let us know that we might not be able to get helped that day. Which was fine, it was our fault for coming in so late and it’s not like we can’t come back. I went across the street to use the restroom and when I came back, she was helping us erase the laptops! We got our laptops erased and she took them to e-waste and we did the phone trade-in. It was well past closing, with lights dimmed and almost everyone out the store but Lexie was kind and cheerful til we said goodbye. Thank you, Lexie, for your excellent service!!!
