Worst company you can deal with working with Best Buy couple years ago we purchased Samsung refrigerator and we kept getting the ice maker freezing up they came kept replacing the same parts over and over instead of replacing the refrigerator completely cheap company to deal with stay away doing business with them they have very unprofessional technicians and I ended up calling Samsung directly had the direct Samsung technician show up replace the parts several parts until they decided to replace the computer main board and reprogram the refrigerator!! Talk about bad quality refrigerator spend over $4k and bad customer service!

For the past year my battery was draining very quick. So figure it's the battery so I bought a new one on Amazon. I wanted to see if I could put it myself so I did. Seemed to have no issues after that. But because I wanted everything checked out I took to geek squad. A day later I get a Voicemail about the battery. Then I go to best buy and he explains about buying after market battery. But I figured since I had already put it in myself there would be no issues. After getting the laptop back I notice it has more issues. Battery drainage wasn't an issue anymore. But now it lags for so long. So I figured I'll buy a Dell battery from them. I get the new battery and it's still.having issues. I take it back to best buy they said since it's past the date capable of return there's nothing they can do. I think it was one of their employees. Idk what's wrong with this generation but they don't care about doing a good job. I'm seeing this all over empire center this generation doesn't care about customers.
