Worst company you can deal with working with Best Buy couple years ago we purchased Samsung refrigerator and we kept getting the ice maker freezing up they came kept replacing the same parts over and over instead of replacing the refrigerator completely cheap company to deal with stay away doing business with them they have very unprofessional technicians and I ended up calling Samsung directly had the direct Samsung technician show up replace the parts several parts until they decided to replace the computer main board and reprogram the refrigerator!! Talk about bad quality refrigerator spend over $4k and bad customer service!

Purchased A 17" Laptop For $600 to $700 And ((Geek Squad)) Said They Couldn't Fix The Laptop Issue Without A Protection Plan, So, They Gave Me An Untrusting Third Party Company To Place Spyware In My Systems And That Publicly Markets Themselves As A Cellphone Fixer, Instead Of Computers. Doesn't Look Appealing For Best Buy Stock Investors ((if they knew))......Still Down -$70+ NYSE

worked with Geek Squad consultants Jose and Hunter. Was impressed with how thorough and efficient they were. Hunter Heath was very technical and was able to answer questions way beyond the traditional scope. Despite all the negative reviews online about the Geek Squad, so far I was very impressed with the way the Burbank precinct is run.
