  I don’t understand why this store has so many employees if none of them can even help find a product. I asked two different staff members about an accessory to wear my phone on a strap, and neither of them could tell me whether it was available in the store. What’s the point of having so many employees if no one can navigate their own inventory?!!!

  This used to be one of the best shopping experiences anywhere. Smart and easy going eager professional level sales people. NOTBANY MORE! EVERY IBTERACTION HERE ISVA NIGHTMARE AND INCONVENIENCE. Poorly trained staff, incompetent management, and processes designed to infuriate rather than engage. I will go to Sherman Oaks or Topanga rather than right here by me. I can see a day in the near future when there will be going out of business signs out front. I said it first.

  I ordered a microwave to be shipped to this location. I waited several days. Finally it was shipped and I went to do curbside pickup. They made me wait 15 minutes before telling me the microwave is really high in the shelf and they need to bring it down and it’ll be two more minutes. 15 minutes later they tell me they can’t find it. Hour later they tell me they gave it away to someone else. Ridiculous.

  Im a victim of the Eton fires in altadena and lost everythg so I purchased a home in Rancho Cucamonga and I had to purchase everything and Best Buy has made alot of mistakes as far as delivery and installation and all I hear is sorry I have alot to say but it isn't good the pasadena store is very bad I will not advise you to purchase from them..

  BEWARE OF BEST BUY The sheer level of incompetence and lack of empathy I witnessed at this store today was mind-blowing. I came in to return a marketplace item I had unwittingly purchased online. Yes, BEST BUY SELLS GRAY MARKET ITEMS NOW! With shortened return policies and no access to warranties or protections from Best Buy OR manufacturers!! The lady helping me questioned me like a cop as I’m trying to return the completely unopened camera to a phony company called 6ave. They told me my refund was up to the company, not them. And they are notorious for scamming customers. Lucky me! Next to me, a woman was nearly in tears, because on their website she was ensured an extended holiday return policy. But no! She was also lured into using marketplace! So the item was unreturnable. The workers at this store denied her a return and spoke down to her like she was dumb. I imagine they deal with this issue every day and are trained on how to deal with it. Apparently that training implores the employee to gaslight and belittle an unwitting customer. A LOYAL customer. We both have accounts there and still aren’t safe buying from Best Buy. When asked “if I can’t return it why does it say I can on the website?” The manager replied, “I’m not sure why it says that, but it’s not returnable.” IS THIS A JOKE? When you think of Best Buy, you usually think of reliability. Unfortunately now their ethos is - manipulate consumers so we can stay afloat. And that’s all they care about. STAY AWAY
