    I was having a really bad day until I came to Best Buy and came in contact with Goretti and Justin. They not only helped get me my Bose SoundLink Max, but helped me obtain a partial refund on a device that I bought 10 days ago when it was a lot more expensive. The process went fast. But most importantly, they were very friendly. I could tell that they enjoyed helping me, and it wasn't a fake play like so many other retailers perform when helping customers. I wish more customer service employees were as good as these two.

    Had the worst shopping experience today. Purchased an open box item which was supposedly in “excellent condition” but when I opened the item, only the case was inside it and the actual product was missing. When I tried to return the item at a different store, they simply refused to take it back and asked me to go back to the Burbank store, which would add another hour of bullshit to me life. Cannot believe this experience. Will never shop here again in my life.

    We came on a Sunday around 2pm. We ended up buying an open box Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra that they had a phenomenal deal on but the service was so, so bad. The employees at the phone/samsung booth act like it is an inconvenience to help you. The employees throughout the store are too busy talking to each other to even look at you or even check you receipt as you walk out. Don't even bother asking questions, they look at you as if you are stupid. If the deal wasn't so good, I would never have given them any business.

    UNACCEPTABLE DISRESPECT FOR A 16-YEAR LOYAL ($35,000+) CUSTOMER Store Location: Burbank, CA (1501 N Victory Pl) Date of Incident: Yesterday I have been a dedicated Best Buy customer since 2009, having spent well over $35,000 in your stores, primarily at the Woodland Hills and Northridge locations. My visit to the Burbank store yesterday for an emergency purchase was the single worst customer experience I have ever had, demonstrating a shocking failure in basic service. I needed assistance locating and confirming the correct case for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. 1. Front Desk Refusal: I first asked the employee at the front desk for help. They immediately deflected, stating they "don't know" and told me to ask someone in the cell phone section. 2. Cell Phone Section Ignored: In the cell phone area, two employees were visibly too busy or preoccupied to offer any assistance. 3. The Final Insult (Microsoft Area): My final attempt was in the Microsoft section, where I found three employees sitting, laughing, and doing nothing. When I asked for simple help with the iPhone cases, they told me to simply "go and figure out" the complicated options myself because there were "a lot." Because your staff collectively refused to perform the most basic duty of customer service, I was forced to resort to desperate measures. To find the correct case, I had to physically open over 10 brand new, sealed retail packages, damaging the merchandise just to check the internal sizing and compatibility. I have never done this, but I had no choice due to the absolute negligence of your team. This is a complete failure of management and an act of total disrespect toward a loyal, high-value customer. Your employees were sitting, laughing, and actively directed me to destroy merchandise rather than stand up and help for two minutes. I demand that this complaint be escalated to the corporate customer retention team immediately. This level of service is unacceptable and jeopardizes my future business with Best Buy. Called the location, got routed to an AI in somewhere within this planet. The manager.. who? well of course the floor manager 'is not here right now" Absolute abomination of an experience.
