There is no way to leave bestbuy.com a 1 star review so this is the only way. Also, when the website says overnight or 1-day shipping it is a far stretch from reality in case you have it urgent. This place needs a class action lawsuit for false advertising.

Everytime I asked someone to help me they said they would call someone else to help me. Nobody ever did. The last guy who I asked for help his response was “I’m busy right now”. Horrible customer service.

The salesperson who assisted me gave me his business card, but has completely ignored my calls since then. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no response. Customer service over the phone has been extremely disappointing. I was kept waiting for hours without getting any real help or resolution. This level of after-sale service is unacceptable. It feels like once they make the sale, they no longer care about the customer. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the experience and expected much better from a company like Best Buy.
