Just look through the person at front door but ignored. At least how can I help you to ask . I waited for an hour to meet Technician but right away he says " I am not able to help you just taking to Service Center. If you would of kind help on earlier time then I didn't have to waisted my valuable time. Verizon head quarter needs to know how bad or unprofessional service you provide.

Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. If it wasn't for them, I would've had to shell out $$ to replace a brand new screen. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!
