After closing out an automatic payment account a year ago they reassigned the cell number to someone as a business account and attached my elderly aunt's payment source to that number. Her POA realized the error and spent over 4 hrs on the phone being transferred to 4 different persons in 4 different departments wanting to stop the fraudulent payments to a closed account. The 5th number they gave to call was a dead-end number with no one to answer, but to just leave a message. So the 1 star rating is given so the POA could write this review. AND to contest the payments as FRAUD the bank will have to cancel the debt card used. So again I say BEWARE!
