Im not an Apple user but my son is. Went to the apple store for a damaged phone. I thought it would be a burdensome task bit it was actually not bad. They checked me in and only had to wait 15min. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Zoey..

Roy the manager had an excellent customer service. I picked up my iMac yesterday and I was trying to also get Microsoft office with $20 off base in the website special, but because I bought at the same time with my computer the special was not valid. Roy tried to explained to me and honest I was a little bit surprised with him to not help me, but when I got home a read the small letter in the offer and clearly said that it needs to be purchase at the same time to get the discount. Roy I apologize to not believe you at the store and you are a great manager with excellent customer service.

Review Title: Unprofessional treatment by Drew / Excellent service from Kelsey "I had a very mixed experience at this location. First, I was extremely disappointed by a staff member named Drew. When a dog approached me (not that big but I have a trauma with dogs. It happened while the owner was letting go of the leash for a moment)I was startled, Drew mocked my reaction and complained to others about me. He was also very dismissive regarding my repair status (dropped off yesterday at 6:15 PM), giving me confusing and rude comments about 'old phones' vs 'new phones' before simply walking away. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. On a positive note, I eventually spoke with Kelsey, and she was wonderful. She was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful, which was a huge contrast to the treatment I received from Drew. I hope the management recognizes Kelsey's great service, but they also need to address Drew's unacceptable attitude toward customers. If it weren't for Kelsey, I would have left even more frustrated."

Apple’s ecosystem intentionally restricts cross platform functionality, making full message syncing and iMessage access on non Apple devices nearly impossible because iMessage is locked to Apple hardware and software. This restriction is by design, not accidental, as Apple has publicly maintained that iMessage remains exclusive to its ecosystem for control, privacy, and user experience reasons. Apple does not provide public APIs that allow third parties to integrate directly with iMessage, which prevents Microsoft Phone Link or other Windows tools from offering full messaging support. As a result, Windows users with iPhones only get limited Bluetooth based message relays instead of full message history, media syncing, or proper group chat support. In contrast, Android allows deep system level integration with Windows, which proves the technical barrier is policy driven rather than capability driven. Apple applies this same closed approach to features like AirDrop and full FaceTime functionality, further limiting cross platform compatibility. The compatibility issues are therefore rooted in Apple’s deliberate platform restrictions, not in a failure by Microsoft or Windows to support messaging.
