What should have been a simple exchange became an unnecessarily long and frustrating process. We waited nearly 30 minutes just to complete a basic transaction. The lack of efficiency and support from the staff resulted in very poor customer service and an extremely disappointing experience. This situation reflects badly on your standards of service and has left a negative impression. I expect better from a company of your reputation. Please look into this matter so similar situations can be avoided in the future. At this point, I am very dissatisfied and do not plan to return to this location.

But when I brought my computer I kept on getting interrogated by the new worker on why I was buying it. Constantly a lot of questions there is a reason I am buying the pro max chip on my Mac instead of an air. I know the price difference and the specs I want. I am making a purchase as the customer. Just let me buy my laptop and be out on my way. You have no business to ask what I’m doing no with my laptop before letting me purchase one. It’s crazy I need to explain myself to a worker why I’m buying a laptop for myself. With my own money?
- RTRyan ToomeyDec 13, 20251.0DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE AT THIS STORE. Manager Kevin would not honor value of previous trade in ($300) and had zero empathy. This is after I had to buy back my existing phone to do data transfer because it took over 3 hours and the store closed, so I brought it in here to trade in. They were not willing to honor the price I previously traded my phone in at and he was completely unwilling to be helpful. I am now out $300 because Apple forced me to buy my phone back, and then this store did not honor the previous trade in value. Terrible buying experience - beware!
