  4/27/26 purchased an iPad with keyboard for 1995.22$, I wanted to trade an old iPad, I have been told that I will get 10% recycling credit of the keyboard by one the employees, after that they switched the employee who initially helped me, new gentleman named Eric started to help me and gave me only 20$ discount, I told him that the discount is 34.90$ (10% of the 349.0$), Eric told me the keyboard is not eligible!!! Different information from different employees, I asked for a manager, Sofia helped me, refused to override and to give me 34.90$ discount, was unprofessional, lacks knowledge of costumer service, Mr. Eric seems did like the conversation, started to be rude and unprofessional. Very bad experience, not my fault, Sofia and Eric kicked the customer satisfaction out of the door, did not give a shit and lied and admitted that they can give the discount but chose not to do so. Suggest to hire professional employees of apple cares about customer service and satisfaction. Thank you.

  Went in for phone replacement and the associate forgot to transfer the eSIM, I was then stuck at the mall because my phonekey would not transfer over without internet. Please please improve your processes

  approved for a repair of my phone under apple care, said it would take 3-5 days to get a new phone, got 0 updates and store does not answer the phone. apple support is basically useless as well when it comes to repairs.

  Let me set the scene: I walked into this Apple Store with the naïve hope of a person who thinks their train will actually arrive on time. Within seconds, I realized I had entered the retail equivalent of an Amtrak train stranded in a cornfield with no explanation and no estimated time of departure. The moment I checked in, an employee told me someone would help me “shortly,” which is Apple‑Store‑Amtrak‑Yelp code for: “You will perish here. Your grandchildren will inherit your place in line.” Employees wandered around with the same chaotic energy as conductors who just realized the train is missing a wheel but are trying to play it cool. One guy literally walked past me, nodded, and then disappeared into the back like he was entering Narnia. I never saw him again. I hope he’s okay. At one point, three employees gathered around a MacBook like it was a cursed artifact. They poked it. They whispered. They looked concerned. It was giving “ancient prophecy has been fulfilled” energy. Meanwhile, customers were scattered across the store like survivors of a shipwreck. A woman next to me whispered, “I’ve been waiting since Monday.” It was Saturday. I believed her. When someone finally approached me, they delivered the most Amtrak announcement‑coded sentence I’ve ever heard: “We’re experiencing delays with your device. No estimated time of resolution. Thank you for your patience.” THANK YOU FOR MY WHAT. By checkout, the store had descended into pure, unfiltered chaos. There was no line. No order. No logic. Just a swirling mass of confused humans clutching iPhones like flotation devices. It felt like the Apple Store had adopted the official Amtrak organizational strategy: “Everyone stand in a vague cluster and hope destiny chooses you.” As I left, I half expected someone to grab a megaphone and shout: “Attention passengers: your experience has been canceled. Please wait for further updates that will never come.” I walked out emotionally drained, spiritually altered, and 40 minutes older. Beautiful store. Gorgeous lighting. Absolutely catastrophic customer service. Would give zero stars if Yelp would let me.
