We are a well equipped hospital located between the beautiful city La Qunta and Palm Desert. We providing full service veterinarian care as well as drop off for urgent care . We have some of the best surgeons in the Desert providing outstanding service in surgeries as well as orthopedic surgeries. I had worries about my dog you looked at her for 2 minutes for 300 dollars and said she was fine no no not fine. GARBAGE!!! When someone has worries about their dog maybe validate it. Stop calling (blocked so no worries there) Stop sending mail.

- SSSpiff SpiferoseMay 23, 20241.0ZERO EMPATHY, RUDE AND NEGLEGENT CARE. We went to get our very sick puppy to get checked, since he hadn't eaten or drank anything in 30 hours. We were worried it would be Parvo considering the breed, but when we got there the Vetenarian had no compassion whatsoever. He told us the chances of him having Parvo is low because of his age, but they would do the testing. We explained that he is very scared/ anxious and he ended up freaking out from the vet reaching very quickly to grab ahold of him, & immediately was told that they "can't take a dog like this" and even told us to if we try to bring him back there they would outright refuse treatment. Now it's one day later and we had to go to a different hospital and HE IS POSITIVE FOR PARVO, so we have to pay over 5k for hospitlization or put him down which we refuse to do. Even with hospitalization, it is a 60 percent chance of him not making it due to this not getting caught in time!!! WISH TO PUT ZERO STARS!! THIS IS STRAIGHT NEGLEGENT CARE, AND ZERO URGENCY THAT HAS KILLED OUR DOG. UPDATE- We would be suing your office if we had the funds in all honesty.You guys are quite lucky we now have 6k in medical bills for this, and we can't get the justice MY DEAD BABY BOY DESERVES. He didn't even make it past a year old.
