I had a general exam appointment for my cat today, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My cat doesn’t like vets, he gets stressed and scared, but never to the extent of today.
I’ve taken him to three other vets before, he was scared but he was able to recover quickly when we got home. But today, he’s been scared of everything, every sound, wouldn’t let me near him or touch him. His mouth looks hurt and drooling.
He’s a very gentle and very friendly senior cat. I feel like the people at this vet were definitely not dealing with him properly or professionally. I did not see it because they took him to the back to clean his ears. But with a strong reaction like this, which I’ve never seen before ever since I adopted him, I’m certain that they did not treat my cat right. This is messed up.

My Jack Russle (Gust) was suffering from serious allergies and couldn't sleep at night due to his scratching and chewing. Dr. Conner and his staff got him into the office immediately, even during the COVID-19 crisis. Practicing all the proper procedures. Dr. Conner was able to diagnose the problem and immediately gave him an injection that releived all of his allergic symptoms. My dog was back to normal in two days. Nothing but praise for Dr. Conner and the entire staff! Outstanding service!

I have a blind dacshund/Jack Russell(almond Joy) and I have had great care with all the doctors at Desert Dunes.
She ruptured her disks in her back and they were so gentle and gave her comfort care. I boarded her in the hospital side for a week and they took great care with her. The staff is very helpful and kind. I love that they are open on Sat. and Sun. so you don't have to pay extra for an emergency situation. Thank you Desert dunes. I don't trust anyone else with her.
