How can I give zero stars to this Trash store? After waiting for 90 mins, they told me I cannot get a cable via my Apple Care because they don't have one, and then I had no choice but to buy one HERE. What's wrong with this store? Rediculous.

They temporarily fixed my AirPods and I told him they were going to break again as soon as they got home as they had in the past, and they basically said too bad, and obviously, yes they broke again. Atrocious service.

I want to share my recent experience with your stores. I replaced my phone with zero payment, which is clearly shown on my first receipt. However, when I went to the 4th store, they charged me $149 for the same replacement.
This was unexpected and completely different from what I was originally told. Because of this, I am very disappointed with the service. I should not have been charged anything, and I should not have had to deal with conflicting information between stores.
Due to this experience, I will no longer buy any products from your stores .
