They provided three different estimates on trade in value for my old computer - the first two higher amounts before I bought a new computer. Then after that transaction was final, and I went to officially trade in the old computer, they gave me a lower “final” amount < 1/4 the previously quoted values. At that point, I had already bought the new computer. Terrible service. The only stars they get are for helpful Genius Bar staff.

- KPKadar PMar 1, 20265.0Thanks to Mondo the manager he helped me instantly while it was crazy in the store and everyone was busy. He could have just allow his workers handle a the customer, but instead he also was helping customers. Also, while I was being help he was helping others at the same time it was like watching a famous artist at work. I pray the Lord Jesus Christ blesses this brother in all his endeavors.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient—especially Cesar (I’m not sure if I heard his name correctly). This is definitely a location I would recommend. They acknowledge you right away, even if you don’t have much knowledge about phones, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that they didn’t pressure me or try to hard sell anything. Instead, they let me make my own decision and choose the option I felt most comfortable with. Overall, excellent customer service!
