  A gigantic store filled with every appliance you could want. Open box, scratch and dent but if you don't care, then here is your place to get a fantastic bargain.

  Basically just another Best Buy with moderately cheaper prices for open box products. The savings aren't significant though, comparable to a store sale. There's other outlet options that are far more generous and worth the drive, this isn't it.

  If you purchase a product and the product is defective, the. Bring it back… Daniel will refused your return and keep your cash… be careful with this person.

  The people that work there don’t really seem like they want to help you. We had to make 2 trips to this store before we felt confident enough to purchase a fridge. Our fridge worked for 4 days, stopped cooling, we got a repairman out 3 days later, they then scheduled us for 9 days out for the repairman to come fix it. I had to call to get them out here sooner because 2 weeks without a fridge is unacceptable. They get someone out 2 days later ( so it’s been 6 days without a working fridge) and they tell us that the first repairman was wrong and that they can’t fix our fridge at all and to get a new one. When I call to get a new one, they wouldn’t even offer a discount for the new fridge I had to buy. So, be VERY cautious about shopping here. Just buy brand new if you don’t want the head ache of multiple repair men, parts delivered to your home that won’t be installed, multiple calls to customer service, and being without a necessary appliance for days and days on end.
