- SEsteve echelbergerDec 14, 20252.0Bought 65” Samsung Geek squad installed. Good experience in April. Bought another Samsung two weeks ago to have Geek squad install with an agreement to install two weeks later on a Monday. Took off work installation was cancelled by Best Buy. They called the day before scheduled delivery and stated they could not do it that day. It is ok but after waiting two weeks this is the last Geek Squad installation I will use. Will just purchase tv. I am expecting some apology from Best Buy but only an excuse that they will try another day. Good luck using Geek Squad they are not very reliable or caring.
