  I had a great experience thanks to Omar's friendly and professional assistance. From the moment I started browsing, he approached me with a welcoming attitude and made himself available without being pushy. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Omar really helped me narrow down my options and made the decision process easy and stress-free. His customer service stood out, and I truly appreciate how attentive and helpful he was throughout the entire visit. Thank you, Omar.

  I am a total protection member and it gives me a little more flexibility with returns. I went in tonight to return a scooter and the associate Caden was kind and helpful but needed to call over his leader to approve the return. The leader came over and stared at me with his hands behind his back like I was beneath him and a criminal who stole this scooter and was trying to return it. The associate had opened the box and seen it was never opened and in original packaging and I had a digital receipt where the serial number matched. I should have had no issues with this return.Bottom line this leader needs to be removed from his position if this is the way he treats customers. I had planned on looking to buy gear for my Mac after the return was completed, but was so irritated I left the store. I believe the leaders name was Cole.

  Yesterday was a bad day for me. We picked up tv yesterday and once I got home and open the box, it was cracked. I took it back per what the customer rep told me. Once I came back a associate came up right away and help me. The manger also came and explain to me their policy. After a while another associate from geek squad Issac explain to me the manger went ahead and authorized a exchange. I was shocked. Issac and the manger were soo helpful. I said thank you multiple times for their help. Thank you again Issac and the manger and the associate who help me!

  While I know that Best buy is eventually going to die, because physical stores are eventually going to be a thing of the past, their return policy was super smooth, and all of the employees were fantastic, very helpful, and very friendly. Very friendly. So I kind of hope it takes a long time for the company to die, because their employees are fantastic.
