  I went there today to have my cell phone looked at in Beaumont. Jorge is the gentleman that helped me for the second time this past week. He's an A+ and should be recognized by management. I actually talked to the store manager to let him know!

  The AI customer service is terrible, it will not allow you to talk customer service. Ask the same question 10 times, after answering the question.. response I can help with that.. to ask the same question again and again. The line curs after the tenth question and pressing zero does not help. The call is dropped.. Do yourself a favor skip the drama and order from AMAZON.

  Once again Best Buy has shown the worst customer service. I received a silly $10.00 birthday certificate to use at the store or online. It has been in my e-mail for 2 weeks now. I went into the store to purchase a washer/dryer set and possibly an E-bike. Having the pricing and information I needed (going to return in the a.m. with husband) I remembered I had that certificate, I needed copy paper. I went to purchase the paper and it was less than $10. I couldn't use it unless it was over $10, the cashier told me to go get a candy or something. I grabbed a $2.25 candy bar. It rang up at $4.65. I said no, that is the wrong price. They called the store mgr. over (ERIC) He said no, that is the price of the item and he was not going to adjust the price. I told him that is not my fault they have a wrong price posted. He was willing to lose a customer over that told that. It is not like it was a hundred dollar difference, it was $2.40!!!!! I walked out with no paper and I tried to call a customer service number, but they do not have anyone taking complaints about their stores! Best Buy lost a good sale from me and I will be sure to never set foot in one again! California Dept of weights and measure should visit them

  I have spent close to $60,000 with Best Buy if not more and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. While researching which camera to buy, I was sitting briefly on a huge computer box in the aisle. The store manager Everett came up and said, “Can you please get off our product.” I immediately got up, but when I calmly told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude, he walked away and said, “You people.” I asked, “You people? What is that supposed to mean?” Everett then came back and started explaining that all he said was “Can you please get off the product.” I told him, “It’s not what you said, it’s how you said it,” and that he had an attitude about it. He got defensive and told me I didn’t have to shop there. When I said I planned to continue shopping and began recording, I asked, “Why do I have to leave?” He accused me of “trying to make a scene” and threatened to call the police. As someone who has spent tens of thousands of dollars at Best Buy, I expected professionalism and respect, not dismissive or biased remarks. Corporate should seriously review Everett’s conduct and retrain staff on how to treat loyal customers with courtesy and fairness. If corporate doesnt get back to me about this. Im pretty sure Ill never shop at Bestbuy again. Look at the cameras you'll see when he walks away and says you people.
