  I was just at this location buying a speaker, and there was a customer being extremely abusive to one of the cashier’s/ staff that I got into a confrontation with to stick up for the worker. The cashier was being as polite and helpful for this customer as possible, but this customer had a chip on their shoulder and zero respect for the staff. If there are any issues with complaints from this customer towards that employee please get in touch with me and I would absolutely stick up for that employee. They did nothing wrong. Thank you for the great service today and sorry you have to deal with customers like that

  I had an excellent time experience shopping here. The model of computer I wanted was out of stock so they put the one on the next shop aside for me. It went up in price between the layaway date and when it was delivered and they honoured the original price. I also got the new iPhone and AirPods from this store. They usually have what I want in stock, and if they don’t, they help track it down!

  Called Best Buy customer service. My phone went from extremely cold to extremely hot and the screen cracked. I did have a tiny bit of side physical damage prior. Went to the sales associate. After calling on the phone they told me to go to the store as the manager has a discretion. No acting acting manager at the night. The lady said no problem bringing it at 10:00 a.m.ish and we'll switch it out twice. Then it went back and spoke to the manager and he said that she didn't say that and said no. She didn't say that even though you told me twice, I wouldn't be standing there. Talking with you for 10 minutes. If she didn't specifically say come in at around 10:00 a.m. and we'll we will switch up the phone for you, but because maybe she speaks a different language that isn't 100% English. She doesn't understand the full conversation in English switching to her native language and I wonder you guys have such a low star rating
