  I did notice the overall rating is 3.6, But I think what overrides ratings is the way you’ve been dealt with; meaning, Customer service. And “Habibi” Did an amazing job and so he gets the five stars and so does Best Buy. And yes “Habibi” is actually his name on his birth certificate. Cheers! 😊

  ⚠️ BUYER BEWARE — MY EXPERIENCE WITH BEST BUY CANADA I am posting this because I do not want other customers to go through what I have experienced. I purchased an Apple Watch Series 11 online from Best Buy Canada and paid for it in full. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I contacted Best Buy and spent a huge amount of time trying to resolve this. I provided information, followed up repeatedly, and cooperated with their investigation. Despite all of this, Best Buy refused to refund my money. So let me be clear: I paid Best Buy for an expensive product, the product never reached me, and Best Buy is still refusing to return my money. What makes this even more disturbing is the explanation I received from Best Buy regarding their responsibility after receiving my payment. As a customer, I find it completely unacceptable to be left without the product and without a refund. I did everything I could to resolve this directly with Best Buy before writing this review. I gave them the opportunity to investigate and correct the situation. They chose not to refund me. This is not simply about poor customer service. This is about a customer paying for an expensive product and not receiving what they paid for, while the company refuses to make the customer whole. 🚨 PLEASE WATCH OUT WHEN MAKING EXPENSIVE ONLINE PURCHASES FROM BEST BUY. Keep every email, order confirmation, tracking record, delivery information, screenshot, and customer-service conversation. You may need all of it if something goes wrong. I am sharing my experience publicly because customers deserve to know what happened to me before trusting Best Buy with their money. Best Buy has my money. I do not have the Apple Watch I paid for. And despite all my efforts to resolve this, they have refused to refund me. I already contacted with them many times, they took my money and refused to refund the money. I never receive the product I was ordered.

  I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 512GB in graphite on August 9, 2026. Was offered a great trade-in price for my existing phone, and a number of promotions. The deal I was offered was amazing. The only warning from the sales associate was that they couldn't guarantee my trade-in value. I received a call on September 8, 2026 that my new phone was ready for pick-up. I drove to the Cambie street location today to pick-up my new phone during rush hour on September 9, 2026 and paid for parking. They checked my phones current value, and it had decreased by $55 which wasn't completely terrible. Then when they presented the total price, it was in the range of $700 more than the original price quoted when I made the pre-order a month ago. The sales associate let me know that the offers had expired. I asked why they made all these offers to pre-order the phone and then take them away? They said they couldn't do anything about the delay in receiving the new phone and that it arrived after the promotion had ended. I waited one month for this phone and missed out on other promotions directly from Samsung as I thought I had secured my pre-order at a good price. I wasn't going to purchase at the new and much higher price, so I had them refund my deposit and cancelled. Be warned that if you pre-order from the Best Buy mobile department, they might not honour the original price.
