  Avi (Avirat) at the Ontario St. Store in Vsncouver helped me upgrade my obsolete phone —and my obsolete and too expensive service plan— with patience and no judgment. He is very knowledgeable about the products. I felt that he sincerely wanted to provide a phone I like, a plan I like, and would take the time to do that.   There was a wide variety of products to choose from, and everything was clearly displayed, making it easy to compare different options. The employees were professional and happy to answer my questions without any pressure. It was an enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish.

  I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a new laptop and had an excellent experience. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the differences between several models without making me feel pressured. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I appreciated being able to see and compare products in person before making a decision. Checkout was quick, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Great customer service and a solid selection of electronics.

  Abdul was amazing today, right after our entrance he approached us and asked us if we are looking for something. He then gave us the complete rundown of the product and then he looked for what we wanted. Overal I had an amazing and smooth experience in the store purchasing thanks to Abdul.
