  I had a great experience at this Best Buy location! The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Avi was especially great and made sure customers were treated with respect and received the assistance they needed. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help resolve questions without making the experience stressful. I really appreciate the effort they put into providing good customer service. Overall, a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this location!

  Terrible customer service. You always have to fight with them for returning Best Buy products that are within the return period and meet the Best Buy return policy requirements. Worst Best Buy location and waste an hour of your time to do a simple return for unopened items. They tried on multiple occasions to do some sort of online return and ship it while in store for a Best Buy product. Complete nonsense and I had to fight them about it. Staff is incompetent and the supervisor Avi is unwilling to help customers himself. I asked to file a complaint to corporate and his response was find it yourself on Google. Apparently, botching basic customer service and being slow and lazy about it is considered good customer service in his eyes.

  I've come to this location numerous times over the years as it's the closest one to me. For purchases, it is always smiles and attentive customer service. However, with nearly every single return, the staff are rude. The staff interrogate you as if the money is coming out of their own pockets, and inspect the item with so much precision as if to find a reason to reject the return. There's no basic customer service at this location if you are hoping to do a return. The staff will be grumpy and slow throughout the interaction, as if their attitude will make me change my mind about making a return. I have only ever had this experience at this Best Buy, and I've watched it happen to my brother as well.

  Had a great experience at this store, thanks to Avi! I came here with my partner to pick up a TV I ordered online. I wanted her to see it in person, so we stopped by the display area. Avi noticed us looking around, immediately greeted us, and asked if there was anything he could help us with. He was incredibly helpful, assisted me with changing my online order, and even found us a great deal on a sound system that paired well with the TV. We ended up purchasing the sound system as well. Really appreciated his friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases.

  My cell phone had issues charging came down to the Best Buy on Marine Drive in Vancouver wow what great service weren't there to sell me stuff but to try to help me fix it ended up getting a new charger was very impressed
