  No one at Geek Squad desk. Told they were on a break. Finally staffed 20 minutes later. 2 people ahead of me, waited even longer. Few staff, lots of customers just hanging around waiting for help. 1 cashier on duty. Terrible Terrible Terrible service.

  Came in here for a phone and was directed to the Best Buy Mobile desk and was immediately greeted by a very kind associate by the name of Ella. She made the process seamless and answered all questions I had. Couldn't recommend her expertise enough. Happy shopping. - I had to come here and pick up an online order and went back to the mobile desk and across another rockstar by the name of Rose, she was really helpful as well. She radioed GeekSquad superstar Karina to help assist with a screen issue. Big fan of this store.

  Vyshnavi was so honest and genuine I was looking at Oura rings and instead of pushing a sale because of my indecisiveness, she instead watch reviews with me and told me clearly the return policy so that I could make the right decision and investment for myself. Once I decide what I want, I will be coming a back to look for her to help me finish this purchase!

  The bestbuy mobile staff named Ishwita was very helpful each time I was there. I had an issue with my mobile plan and she helped me each time. I highly recommend seeing her for help!
