  They advised me to a different colleague which told me i HAD to call freedom mobile... Everything was solved through the phone they did nothing STRONGLY don't recommend

  Horrible service ever!!! DO NOT buy from Best Buy if you have other options!!! Within 3 hrs of the package arrival, I brought it to the Marine Dr Best Buy to return. The staff opened the package in front of me. However, the staff kept saying this receipt number shows an off line return was created before my arrival. How is it possible??? The package was not even opened and I didn't even click anything online. The store manager also said the same thing and kept kicking me out. They asked me to make another trip and try to return at the original store downtown. I called Best Buy customer service but nothing was resolved. This company definitely got internal scammers but the customer service center and management team throw the problem back to customers without trying to resolve the issue.

  Management needs to talk to their staff about personal hygiene. I stepped in there and half the store had a very very unpleasant smell. I always go to this one because it's close to home and I've never experienced something like that.

  Poor customer service. My Friend drove a long distance for a scheduled pickup and followed all the instructions provided, but I was treated disrespectfully and left without the order. Expected much better from Best Buy. will be posing the whole conversation of that best buy worker on social media soon.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Best Buy. I placed an online order for a PlayStation through BestBuy.ca using Fairstone financing. During checkout, Best Buy provided an option to add an authorized pickup person, and I added my friend’s information because I was unavailable to pick it up myself. My friend drove almost an hour to the store with two pieces of valid ID, as instructed. When he arrived, the store manager refused to release the product despite him being listed as the authorized pickup person. The way he was treated by the manager was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of properly explaining the policy, she allegedly made comments about buying the product with cash in-store and questioned why we were purchasing through financing. My friend felt humiliated and was made to leave without any proper resolution. I contacted Best Buy customer service, but they were also unable to resolve the issue. They even attempted to contact the store, but the manager was not responding. If Best Buy has restrictions on Fairstone-financed orders, they should clearly disclose them during checkout instead of allowing customers to add an authorized pickup person and then refusing the pickup at the store. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better professionalism and customer service from Best Buy. Management should review this incident and provide better training to store employees on how to treat customers respectfully.
