  Apple’s fragmented service process wasted nearly 6 hours of my day just to get my iPhone and Apple Watch batteries replaced. THE SETUP: I was told they could only do one device per appointment, forcing me to book a second slot an hour later. THE OVERSIGHT: After dropping off my phone, I returned for the watch appointment, only for them to realize they couldn’t run the watch diagnostics because they already had my phone in the back. THE FINAL STRAW: Once the phone was done, the watch diagnostic confirmed a failing battery, but their system blocked the repair because the watch needed an update. Instead of offering a solution, the onus was put on me to sit at a table for another hour waiting for a painfully slow update to finish. I don't blame the retail staff, but Apple’s backend system is fundamentally broken and shows zero respect for a customer's time. This entire ordeal has made a fantastic case for switching to Android.

  This is by far the worst Apple Store I have ever visited. I don’t think some of the sales associates actually want to work there. I had one horrible experience with one of their staff earlier today. He kept ordering the cases of the items I was comparing to pressure me into making a decision so that he would be done with me as soon as possible. When I complained to his manager, the manager said that I have got 10 minutes to make a decision about a purchase. I said it’s already been 10 minutes, do you want me to leave since I couldn’t make a decision yet. He didn’t say anything. I felt like they were going to escort me out bcs I couldn’t make a decision in 10 minutes and caused them inconvenience by being a customer. Someone should supervise this place including the manager. This can’t be an Apple Store.

  This store is the BEST Apple Store I've ever visited!! The team here, especially Dan solved my problem (when everyone, including Apple Support call centre give up, and even gave me rude answers) with patience and creative way, and I was able to purchase AppleCare+. I was so thrilled, so I did survey but leaving review here too! I also changed my iPhone battery here - and the team was very patience, helped me in many different ways when I struggled with backup. (I was worried of losing my screen protector but they saved it!) I highly recommend this place, especially if you are frustrated with Apple Support call centre team.

  My partner purchased a screen protector that was sold to her by an employee here as being able to be “replaced” any time it cracks for free. The one time payment was said to be $50. After purchasing, the screen protector cracks after only a month. Upon returning and asking for the free replacement she was sold on, they said there was a “policy change” by the provider and they couldn’t replace it for free DESPITE having stock of the protector and having sold it under the pretence of it being a free replacement. Do not purchase the screen protector here, they refuse to uphold the policy they sell you on. The manager was rude and unhelpful and accused us of lying.

  Thank you to Dan for helping me purchase a new Iphone & transfer my data over! He was very helpful and patient with me. I had forgotten many passwords & did not understand how e-sims worked, my phone was also pretty bad but we were able to successfully transfer over all my data. Best apple store employee ever, thank you!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
