  I was in a frustrated state when I walk in. Justin walked up to me with a smile and great listening ears. I bought a pair of cuff ear buds Shokz. Love them. You don't know that you are missing unless you try them on.

  Had a really great experience at Best Buy Express in Trail. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They were patient, approachable, and genuinely helpful. It’s nice to have a store where you can get good advice without feeling pressured to buy anything. Excellent service and a great team—definitely worth visiting!

  Really great experience at Best Buy! The staff were all super friendly, approachable, and willing to help. I especially appreciated the manager, who was very kind, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. You can tell the team genuinely cares about helping customers. Would definitely recommend this Best Buy!

  Had a great experience at Best Buy! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The manager especially stood out for being incredibly helpful, professional, and making sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and the positive atmosphere. Definitely a great experience overall!

  I visited this store on August 18, 2026, but I’m only leaving a review now because I recently saw the same situation happen again with other customers. I would especially like to commend the lady who assisted me during my visit. She was very helpful, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. If I’m not mistaken, she may be one of the Indian staff members. She really took the time to assist me, and I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I noticed that some of the other staff, including a person who appeared to be a manager, were busy chatting and doing personal things instead of properly assisting customers. Seeing the same situation again recently was disappointing. The lady who assisted me deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Thank you for making my experience better!
