  I had a fantastic experience at the Best Buy Express in Trail. Marcus and the manager, Jatan, went above and beyond to help troubleshoot my situation with purchasing my new watch using gift cards and then assisting with an exchange. They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to find a solution. I’m extremely grateful for all of their help and the outstanding customer service they provided. Thank you both!

  Had a great experience at Best Buy. I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me choose the right setup without rushing anything. Smooth and professional experience overall. Highly recommend!
