  Very disappointed with the customer service at Best Buy. On Saturday, September 19, around 7:25–7:40 PM, Kuldeep was assisting another customer but did not acknowledge or check if I needed assistance. It was frustrating to stand there without any attention from the staff. I also noticed another associate, Prabh S, using his mobile phone while customers were in the store. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and made me question the level of customer service being provided.

  Very disappointing customer service at Best Buy today. I dealt with an employee named Nitin, and unfortunately, the experience was not professional or helpful. He showed very poor customer service skills and did not make me feel that my concerns were being taken seriously. I expected much better service and respect from Best Buy. He should go and learn how to handle customers professionally rather than being rude and yell on customers especially while talking with girl.Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
