  I purchsed a phone, laptop, earbuds, and phone service on August 16, 2026 and was extremely pleased with the entire process. All of the staff was very courteous and very efficient. Harsh was a paragon of professionalism, exploring and presenting all of the options available given my financial and technical parameters for the phone and laptop with utmost courtesy. The entire process took half the time I expected at 70% the projected cost. All of the advertised and not advertised sales promotions Harsh and the female sales associate who handled the phone service and earbuds sales (whose name I apologetically do not recall) found for me, reduced the final bill SIGNIFICANTLY. Perhaps Harsh can give credit to her and let us know her name. She was excellent. The manager and the entire store works as a unified team, like clockwork, with courtesy, and with smiles all around🙂 I highly recommend BEST BUY SOUTH SURREY for all tech needs, and more.

  Mujeeb who is still on his first week working at bestbuy spent an hour helping my grandfather try to decide on a laptop to buy today. He painstakingly described the specs on nearly every laptop on display including warranty info from brand to brand in addition to best buy warranty. He was polite, respectful, helpful, friendly and really went over and above to help us. I would recommend this location and him specifically to anyone needing a new laptop.
