  Employees in this store really bad lays and not professional anything I tray install windows my laptop 💻 first time he say back after 48 hours. When back not fixed then say add more money when asked I down other person here so we don’t any information. How can you harass people very disrespect never 👎 back this store

  We bought an LG C5 77-inch TV today, and JAS helped us throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wants to help. Choosing a TV can be overwhelming because there are so many options. Jas took the time to explain the differences between the models in a way that was easy to understand. He listened to what we needed and recommended the best TV for our budget instead of simply trying to sell us the most expensive one. He even helped us find a better deal. A few weeks ago, we visited the store and met Jas for the first time. He was so friendly and knowledgeable that when we came back today to buy our TV, we specifically asked for him and were happy to wait while he was helping other customers. ***Thank you, Jas, for your time, patience, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciate all your help.😊*** We’ve been shopping at this location for a long time, but we’ve never met a staff member who took the time to explain everything as thoroughly and professionally as Jas did. Management should recognize and promote employees like him, he genuinely cares about helping customers, not just making a sale.   Last yesterday I visited surrey central best buy. Yatin is good guy .He is new. But the manager team not guide him properly. How to explain everything. Regarding charges fees refund or not. He is open my laptop and says that pay a fees 40 dollars. To check microphone work or not. I am paying 40 dollars. After he talk to a rude girl. She is working there years. She speak with me very attitude manners. Unexpected behavior. She says that paying 200dollars.if you have a need to work your microphone. Otherwise join our membership paying only twenty dollars every month. I am saying that I am not accepting your proposals. Please returns to back my money. She says that no return. I am says you no guide me no any return position. But at last return my money. Then I am saying calling police. Complate your scam.

  Excellent customer service! I went into Best Buy yesterday to pick up my new headphones. Shezal was incredibly helpful, polite, and made the whole process super smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
