  WORST customer service EVER. I came to EXCHANGE an item i bought here last week to a different colour, and because it is no longer on sale, THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME THE DIFFERENCE!!! I AM NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!! And guess what I am telling everyone I know to boycott this store too. You are a MASSIVE company, you can afford customer retention!!!

  I recently purchased a Hisense Portable Air Conditioner from Best Buy, and I want to share my experience. At first, I honestly felt it was a bit expensive and even regretted the purchase, especially since I bought it during winter. I mainly used the heating mode at that time, and it worked decently. Now that the weather has started getting warmer and I switched it to cooling mode, I’m genuinely impressed. The cooling performance is powerful, quiet, and very effective. It cools the room quickly and runs smoothly without much noise. Installation and setup were also very easy, and everything feels simple and user-friendly. Overall, my opinion completely changed after using it in cooling mode. I’m now very satisfied with this Hisense Portable Air Conditioner and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient unit.

  Went to buy a laptop, knew what I wanted, just needed someone's help getting it. When I entered the store the greeter told me to head to the back and got on his mike to tell other staff a customer was coming to that area. After half an hour of wandering around the laptops watching staff chat amongst themselves while ignoring me, I left. Went home, ordered the laptop I wanted online, and picked it up the next day. The staff that day may not have cared they lost the sale, but I bet the managers do. Having a history in retail I know that every sale matters, and not only did they lose the sale off their sheets, but they had to fill the order so they did the work without the reward. I would love to see customer service come back, but currently, it does not exist in this Best Buy.

  Inside workers not helpfull my worst experience today even only 1-2 customer inside the store .i don’t know where are workers are busy .workers inside store alreday paid hourly to work best but .but customer comes and buy to item then profit gives to buy .i am regular customer of Best Buy but very disappointed with beat but executives.specially inside customer helpers
