    Worst Best Buy location I've ever been to. I bought an AC unit from this store, but it wasn't powerful enough for our space. I returned the very next day to get a refund. The return was initially being processed, but then the decision changed and my return was refused. The reason? They said the unit had water in it. It's an air conditioner—of course it collects water during normal use. That's exactly how an AC works. Additionally, they didn’t even check anything correctly. I was told that its already been a month since I bought it, whereas it was bought a day before. I had to tell them to check date on receipt. The manager handled the situation very poorly and seemed inexperienced. I was told they couldn't process a refund, but they were willing to exchange it for another unit of the same price. That made absolutely no sense. If the unit was supposedly not in its original condition because of the water, how could it still qualify for an exchange? I asked them the same question, but they had no answer When I pointed out this contradiction, I received no explanation. The entire experience was frustrating, inconsistent, and extremely disappointing. I won't be shopping at this location again.

    Worst customer support. Bought an adobe package, website clearly said 3 options were included. Got the code, activated, but only got 2 options from the list. Contacted support few times, each time they told me to talk to Adobe, and that BB won’t do anything. Adobe said it’s the bestbuy mistake, and I have to talk to them. In the end nothing happened, both parties just blamed each other.

    This Best Buy branch is well organized and easy to navigate. I visited to pick up an online order, and the process was smooth and efficient. There is a very good selection of items available in store, making it convenient for browsing as well. The staff provided quick and helpful service, which made the visit even better. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. Plenty of parking available.

    "Excellent service by Lovepreet at Best Buy. I was inquiring about the Shark hair tool. Although it wasn’t in stock, she still went above and beyond to help me by telling me which places to check at. Lovepreet was very pleasant, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about the product. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I left with options. This is the kind of customer service that makes a difference. Thank you, Lovepreet!"

    I sure do not know what is happening at this Best Buy at Scott road and 80th. This is the WORST so called service. No service what so ever. I am a senior lady looking to buy and support Best Buy. I entered the store intending to buy a TV Went to the tv section and looked at the tvs. There were 2 staff there chatting. I walked up to the staff members and politely asked for some help to purchase a tv. One man said I will get someone to help you . Waited 15 minutes for someone to come and assist me. No one came. There were not many people in the store. I found the tv I wanted and picked up the box myself. The box was a little on the heavy side for a senior woman, but I managed to get it to the cashier. Then waited for another 10 minutes for a cashier to come to their station from the back. When I explained to the cashier about my experience, she just told me how much I owed her. If there was another place that carried the tv I wanted I would have walked out. This is not the first time this has happened. Can’t find a reason to support this Best Buy when this experience keeps happening. What would you do if this happened to you? Very frustrating and disappointed
