  There is no point to book appointment here because. Body is free here whether you have an appointment or not and they told me to wait for minute even though I am on time but still have to wait they don’t care about people time .

  I bought an Apple IPad and for whatever reason got locked out the first day. The Apple Store was able to reset my I Pad and make sure it was set up properly. Staff was friendly and every helpful.

  I booked my appointment to fix watch issue but after acknowledging it was fixed after one hour that too after giving them reminders.Just two girls were super nice who helped me at the end and the issue was fixed in just 5 mins.But the person who checked first never came back to check .Not at all good service at this location.

  Jon I had a great experience at the Apple Store thanks to Jon. He was incredibly patient, professional, and throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. His calm and friendly approach made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend asking for Jon if you visit the store. Thank you for the outstanding service!

  I can't give less than a one-star review because my experience with AppleCare and the Apple Store in Guildford was truly one of the worst in my history. I was lied to not once, not twice, but three times. The first time, I brought in a broken phone. Everything seemed fine — I had the warranty, they ordered the replacement, and the phone was sent back to me. They claimed to have sent an email, but I never received it. I returned a second time, spending two hours trying to get everything sorted. Eventually, they ordered a new phone, and everything seemed to be resolved. But on the third visit, I was told I must pay $780 because I supposedly didn’t receive the email — a blame-shifting tactic. So, whose fault is it really? This comes from a company that’s supposed to be number one, yet they’ve used my phone for years and now expect me to buy a new one at full price. Unbelievable. Thank you, Apple, and thank you, Guildford store. You’ve given me a memorable experience — though not in the way you’d hope. And to everyone working there: karma has a way of catching up.
