  Such a shitty experience at the Apple Store. I selected the case for my iPhone 18 Pro Max myself and didn’t need anyone’s help. I asked a couple of employees because I just wanted to pay for the case, but they completely ignored me. Finally, one employee listened to me, but instead of helping me pay right away, she put me in a line where there were already about 10 people ahead of me. I understand the store can be busy, but the way I was treated was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better customer service from Apple.

  I went there on Saturday evening to pick up my phone and also wanted to get a screen protector installed. The store was quite busy, and there were already two people ahead of me waiting to have their screen protectors installed. Jas helped me with mine and other too, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and paid great attention to detail, carefully working on every single bubble to make sure the screen protector was applied perfectly. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication really stood out to me. Honestly, I’m giving this store a 5-star review because of Jas and the excellent service she provided. They should definitely have more staff members like her! Thank you so much, Jas, for your amazing service!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The staff were very helpful and professional, and they made sure everything was taken care of properly. I’m very satisfied with my replacement iPhone and the overall experience.

  Extremely disappointing customer service at this location. We came in to check out the new phone displays while waiting for our pre-order. The staff member working at the front was dismissive and completely unwilling to listen or help. When we asked if the 18 Pro was on display, he gave a blunt "no." When we followed up to ask about the Duo, he rudely snapped "no" again and didn't bother to ask if we needed assistance with anything else or offer any help. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior.
