  We went to service IPad charging port got struck with lightning cable portion broken inside.Apple service team quoted it needs to be replaced it will cost 300$ to 400$ . Tired to upsell new iPad. Walk out and got it removed strucked lightning cable for $20 within 2 minutes.Recommend to check small mobile phone care shop service center outside present in the mall before deciding it.It can save lot of bucks.

  This is the most shitty store you can ever go to they respect your time and they watch you like a hog like your there to steal something they ask me to wait 10 minutes after 35 minutes I ask him what happened he was rude saying you can wait or come back another time most disturbing part the person came to help me had no knowledge she did ran diagnose on the phone sweep the dust under the rug I was like I need to get job here cause they hire people with no knowledge and no satisfaction I won’t be using I phone for life !!   I purchased a Belkin screen protector here in January, which was installed by staff using their machine applicator. When it cracked, I went to the Vancouver Apple Store and bought a replacement for $62 CAD — only to be told by Vancouver staff that Belkin offers a 2-year warranty and I could have gotten a free replacement all along. The Surrey staff never mentioned this warranty at the time of purchase or installation. A simple heads-up would have saved me $62 and a wasted trip. I like Apple products and I appreciate the Vancouver team for being upfront. But customers deserve complete information at point of sale — especially when a warranty is included with the product being sold.
