    Completely dissatisfied with my service in recent trips down to the Apple Store in Guildford town centre. Both times I came into the store to have my screen replaced with ample time in the day to be told "Yes we can do it and then 5 minutes later to go home and come in another day"... what I find completely off putting is that I pay for Apple care + (monthly subscription) and twice now for a simple screen repair I've been turned away. I'd understand if this was a one off time, but it's happened to me twice where I've wasted 3 hours on both days to come in and attempt to get my service done. Very very disappointed with how this Apple Store has handled a simple screen repair.

    Snarky, arrogant attitude by staff! Came for a battery replacement for an older iPhone 12. When picking it up they laughed about the old model, the guy bringing it out made another poor comment. I should’ve gone to a third party place and get it done for half the price and better service. Don’t need to be treated like this. None of your business why and for whom I get this phone fixed. Just do the job that I pay you for and keep your comments to yourself.

    I came in with an issue with my orange iPhone 17 Pro Max. I purchased it on April 4th through my phone provider, and the phone slowly turned half pink. I went through Apple support, and they booked me in to come see a technician. I came in today and had lovely Adrian help me. This man was very attentive and ready to help me, as I haven’t even had my phone for three months. I was covered through my device’s warranty, but Adrian made it such a smooth experience and helped me get my phone fixed the very same day. Adrian deserves a gold star, I wish we had more customer service workers like him

    The staff was rude and argumentative throughout my visit. Instead of respecting my decision, they repeatedly pushed AppleCare even after I clearly declined it. I was told things like, “You’ll regret it” and “You don’t know what you’re doing,” which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. Not everyone wants or needs AppleCare. Some people upgrade their phones every year, some have other coverage, and others simply choose not to purchase it. That decision should be respected. What bothered me most was the noticeable change in attitude once I declined the add-on. The facial expressions, tone, and overall customer service shifted immediately. Customers should not feel pressured or judged for choosing not to buy additional products. A good sales experience involves providing information and recommendations, not imposing personal opinions or making customers feel uncomfortable when they say no.

    Very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. I booked an appointment to explore the Apple Vision Pro and learn more about the product. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and waited for over an hour, only to be told that no staff member was available to assist me and that I would need to come back another day. This was a complete waste of my time. The whole purpose of booking an appointment is to ensure someone is available to help at the scheduled time. If the store could not accommodate the appointment, I should have been informed beforehand instead of being left waiting for over an hour. For a company that prides itself on customer service and premium experiences, this level of organization is unacceptable. The lack of communication and respect for customers’ time was extremely frustrating. I expected much better from Apple.
