Prashant was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process so easy. Switching carriers can feel like a bit of a hassle, but he took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with the switch. I left feeling completely satisfied and honestly wishing I had made the switch sooner! It’s not often that you walk away from a service experience feeling this positive. A huge thank you to Prashant for making what could have been a stressful process such a smooth and pleasant experience. He is a real asset to Best Buy, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with their mobile service.
