  I am an older gentleman and technology is not my strong suit. Nandini K. helped me with my new phone and was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, set up my phone properly, and made sure I was comfortable using it before I left. I know I can be a little challenging at times and I had quite a few questions, but she never lost her patience or made me feel like a burden. Her honesty, genuine care, and calm nature really stood out. It's rare to come across someone who provides such sincere customer service. Thank you, Nandina, for all your help. It was truly appreciated.
