  Very rude sales associate. Went in to ask a question about a purchased warranty and was met with a very condescending attitude. Was made to feel incredibly stupid. I would have actually just purchased the item again if not covered, but immediately turned around and walked out. Will never spend another cent at this location ever again. On the other hand, the young girl being trained was lovely. Very kind and personable.

  Simon was so very helpful and efficient with helping me order what I needed. It arrived in less than 24 hours! Although Mercedes did not directly help me with my purchase she ensured I was looked after and was so patient and kind with the customer she was helping. Overall really great experience!

  Went in today to take advantage of a great deal on a plan for my cell phone. Mercedes took care of the switch and explained every step of the process to me. She was terrific, as is the deal. Highly recommend.

  My daughters phone died and we had to get a new one. Not only did they help us get a phone for her but they helped us drastically reduce our phone bill amount. Zac, Simon and Mercedes were all very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend their expertise!!!
