However, the delivery company later called to say the address was incorrect and needed to be fixed by Best Buy. When we contacted Best Buy, they said they couldn't change the address. My order remained unresolved for over a month, with no updates or follow-up calls. Customer service was completely unhelpful and took no responsibility. Extremely disappointing! I will never shop at Best Buy again, especially at this Victoria Uptown location.

The prices are horrible, never even consider one of there pcs, I was playing on a pc they were selling for 2.5k that crashed multiple times at 1440p, caped 60fps. And the pc isn't even worth 1.7k Dont get anything there if you are trying to fix something they will charge you hundreds for something a couple of YouTube videos and confidence can do.
