There were several employees walking around and a few customers clearly waiting, yet no one offered help. I waited for a while and eventually had to call someone over myself. A young staff member came over without any greeting or patience and immediately asked, “What do you need?” The interaction felt abrupt and transactional—more like a policy-driven “customer service model” than actual service. I was then told the product wasn’t in stock. At that point, I had no interest in ordering and coming back. Overall, it felt like a lack of basic customer awareness and engagement. This store could benefit from better training and a stronger focus on customer experience.
