  I recently visited the TV section to buy a universal remote and Max in that department provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to help me find the right product and explained everything clearly. Even did the installation. Very friendly, patient and professional. Super service really appreciated his support!

  I am writing to share my absolutely wonderful experience as a tourist in Vancouver visiting your store. On Sunday, I accidentally dropped by just 5 minutes before closing time. Even though it was late, the staff welcomed me inside and briefly explained that I could purchase a prepaid SIM card here, which was a very pleasant surprise for me! I promised them I would return, and today I did. I wanted to buy a prepaid SIM card, and after a previously terrible experience with Koodo, I was looking for a better option. With Koodo, it wasn't just about hidden fees; their online system was a complete nightmare. Every time I tried to log in with my username and password, the website would glitch, crash, and throw error messages, kicking me out. It was incredibly frustrating! This time, I decided to try Chatr, hoping for a much smoother experience. A wonderful employee named Jimmy was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive. English is not my first language, and I needed time to process the plans, but Jimmy walked me through all the options without any pressure. During the activation, we encountered a technical system glitch. Instead of giving up, the entire department, including other staff members, stepped in to help. They did everything possible to ensure I wouldn't leave without mobile connectivity today. They even let me choose a phone number that is easy for me to remember, which I am deeply grateful for! Jimmy didn't let me leave until everything was fully set up, working on my phone, and until I clearly understood how to check my balance. Having a real person provide such complete, end-to-end service without forcing me to figure it out at home is rare and priceless these days. If there is a rating system, I give Jimmy and the whole team the highest possible score — Excellent! Such genuine helpfulness and friendliness made my day. Thank you so much for having such amazing employees. I wish your company and your wonderful staff great success and prosperity!
