  Useless Customerservice. Unable to talk directly to a store and when I ask about return policies the Christmas gifts it’s just a standard warranty, which means I need to purchase something like two days before Christmas. In addition to that uneducated staff. I really missed the days of futureshop before Best Buy closed them down. Try to find an independent retailer that’s evenly privately owned or just order online and do the research yourself and don’t give this company the satisfaction of the business.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Calvin, the floor lead in the Electronics Department. The service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of treating customers with respect, Calvin made comments and laughed about my parents not having much money and being poor. We were honestly shocked to hear this from someone working in a customer service position. Customers come to Best Buy with different budgets, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with looking for a product that fits what you can afford. Making fun of people because they have less money is completely inappropriate. I expected much better service from a floor lead. This experience left us feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope Best Buy takes this kind of behaviour seriously and reminds their staff that every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

  Great service from new recruit Tanav. Got the product I needed and the price I was satisfied with and he even helped carry the large box out for me.

  Exceptional service at Richmond Best Buy — five stars for the team! I walked in hunting Meta glasses and left with a pair that blew my expectations away, thanks to the outstanding staff. PINKESH jumped in even though it wasn’t his specialty and shared insightful, helpful product knowledge that got me started. JASKARN later took time (after helping another customer) to dive deeper into the different Meta models and features — patient, clear, and super informative. I had a ton of questions and both of them answered every one, going well above and beyond. They weren't like your typical sales people trying to up sale me on the most expensive pair - I ended up choosing the Meta brand glasses, which were a bit cheaper than the name brand ones. When I was deciding on a warranty, ABDEL happened to walk by and step in with thoughtful guidance that helped me choose the perfect coverage. The whole experience left me completely satisfied — knowledgeable, considerate, and genuinely helpful, honest service from everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend the Richmond Best Buy. I’ll definitely be back.

  I didn't have a good experience with staff regarding a guy named Wes. He was argumentive with me when it came facts to a certain game franchise & said that it's a Remaster not a Remake when in fact it's a Remake! He downplayed it to a "debate" If you're going to sell a product especially a Switch 2 let me give you advice. IF you want MORE customers to buy your product you highlight it, without coming off as arrogant & you DO NOT argue or debate with a Customer because you'll end up losing sales & eventuslly going out of business, learn to shut your mouth & do your job, smile & sell.
