  Trying to reach a live person in customer service is a joke. Virtually impossible. My computer was supposed to be ready yesterday and all I want to do is ask when it will be ready. NOT a reasonable situation.

  We bought a desk top monitor from Best Buy in Lansdowne Mall but it wasn’t compatible with our computer. We took it in to Geek squad at the store hoping for technical support yet fully expected to return the incompatible monitor. We were so lucky that Michael W. came to our rescue . He pointed us to an accessory called Display Port to HDMI Cable. Because we are not technically savvy so he helped us set it up . He was very patient, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. geek Squad will be our first place to seek for help for any computer related issues in the future . Thank you Michael! Best Buy is smart to employ such a nice individual at Geek Squad!

  Andy is a very friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Got me in and out in 10-15 minutes while answering all your questions and NOT upselling you but selling you the product you actually need! This man deserves a raise or needs to be the next manager as he deserves. Best Bestbuy experience EVER! Thank you Andy and bestbuy Richmond 🙏

  One of y’all Indian employee lies about your service. He told me the delivery is gonna take 35mins, turn out he means “his sale” is gonna take 3-5mins. Also, he only mentioned the “no-return policy” AFTER I paid the product. Now I have to wait up to 2 weeks to get the product from Courtney BC…. Maybe improve your professionalism?

  My mother tried to buy a microwave here. Several staff just walked around us doing something else. After about 10 minutes we went over to ask for help and they said basically that is all they have. Asked them to call an appliance area worker and nobody came. The store is equipped enough and I've had okay experiences in the computer department due to an Intel worker there but don't expect much service here. Went to the one in Olympic Village instead and received attentive service. They end up with our money instead. Anyway, if you know what you want then come here but if you're a senior who doesn't have any idea I'd go to another location.
