  Came to recycle an old iMac responsibly. Ended up waiting in the store an hr and no updates the whole time . Felt like they just didn't want to deal with it as it's not a sale. I purchased a MacBook pro here in the last as well and recycled that at apple Malaysia so fast easy. Waste of time. If they couldn't help they could have recommended I book an appointment to come next time but when you do a web search it says no appointment is required

  最差的苹果店没有之一，店里一个会说中文的都没有，其中一个白人老太太态度更是恶劣，Karen 中的Karen，完全种族歧视来的。遇到的四个接待唯一一个态度不错的是一个印度小哥。To be honest, none of the employees in the store were wearing name tags, so I had no idea who was who. The Indian employee who eventually helped me was very friendly. However, one of the older white female employees was extremely rude. Not only did she refuse to help me, but when I asked to be assisted by another employee, she simply walked away without transferring me to anyone else or arranging for someone to help me. Even though I made it very clear that I was there to make a purchase, she still chose to respond to me with blatant racial discrimination, lol. I really want to file a complaint about her, but I’m afraid it might cause unnecessary trouble for the Indian employee who helped me.

  You can really tell this store relies on the brand's reputation to treat customers with complete disregard. It’s an absolute disgrace to the Apple brand. Dreadful service attitude and horribly trained staff.

  I think most of the staff were pretty impatient on the new iPhone pickup day. The Indian guy even straight-up told us that no support would be offered today. I guess they just wanted us to get out as quickly as possible, even though the line wasn’t even close to being long.

  I have never experienced worse and unprofessional service at any other retail store in my whole life. I didn’t have an appointment to get my AirPods replaced under the warranty and then was: 1) Given attitude and sass by an employee so much to the point I had to talk to somebody else to get an appointment. 2) Then I waited an hour after they said it would be a 20 minute wait. 3) they checked me in as the wrong person and made me wait 30 more minutes. 4) they said they couldn’t replace it because they put in the wrong serial number so I had to read it out to them. 5) Then they did a “quick test” for 20 minutes and finally got me my AirPods replaced. Go to any other branch in the metro Vancouver area if you need an employee to do anything. The only thing you can get done here in a timely manner is look at products. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. I’m never coming back here.
