  The attitude was completely unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily condescending. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he responded with a smart-ass attitude that made it very clear that customer service was not a priority

  Great experience at Apple Store today. I was there to reset my iwatch . While waiting time , received very professional customer service from their staff. Highly rated for Chris from Iwatch station. Professional, patient and friendly!

  Booked an appointment for Iphone service ahead of time. Apple sends emails and texts to make sure I was going, but when I showed up, they told me their system was down since the day before. So for a whole day, noone had the for-thought to , oh I don’t know, MAYBE CANCEL SOME APPOINTMENTS? Heck no, because Apple is only concerned with trying to hoover $1000 bucks a phone every 6 months out of people and brain washing kids in the back of the store with Ipad classes. No independent thinking at Apple, if phone doesn’t tell you to do it, probably doesn’t need to be done, right?Apple’s failure to cancel was a waste of 3 hours of my time, plus had to make another 3 hour trip to get it done elsewhere. I went to London Drugs instead, who did it on time.

  I visited this Apple Store yesterday and was helped by Yazen M. I expected a much more professional and welcoming experience from Apple, but unfortunately the service felt cold and uninterested. There was barely a proper greeting, and the checkout process felt rushed and careless. He also did not provide any information about after-sales support, warranty, or product details. The whole experience felt like he was only completing a transaction, not helping a customer. If I didn’t really need a computer, I honestly would not have made the purchase here. This is not the level of service I expected from Apple. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training for its staff.
