  Huge shout out to William. We stopped into the store just to check out new TVs and ask a few questions. William greeted us promptly, showed us the latest and greatest tech in the tv world and even answered all our questions. William was friendly, attentive and eager to assist us. At the end of the day, we ended up with a brand new Sony TV and a great deal. If your in the market for a TV or anything electronic go see William. I highly recommend Thanks William.

  I purchased a watch worth $550, and during my purchase, I was offered a setup service, which I agreed to. I was also offered a one-year screen protector warranty for $50, and I decided to get it as well. When they installed the screen protector, I noticed there were bubbles on it. It looked like it was not properly installed and possibly cut incorrectly due to a lack of experience. I didn’t complain at the time because everyone was very friendly and helpful during the purchase. However, after only wearing the watch for the second time, the screen protector was already broken. Since it was covered by warranty, I went back to the store last month to have it replaced. I was told to come back on Tuesday, but after waiting for a month, I returned and they still did not have any stock available. A warranty is useless if the replacement product is not available. This experience has been very disappointing, and it shows poor management and customer service. I regret not purchasing elsewhere. I could have saved money because I later found out the same watch was on sale at Costco for less than $100, but I decided to keep this product. I also found that a watch screen protector with a cover is available online for around $10, meaning I could have saved more than $110 and avoided the time and effort of repeatedly going back to the store. This was a lesson learned for me. I will think twice before purchasing from this store again.
