  I have shopped at this location more than a couple times and have nothing but positive experiences. Whether it's getting a rain check for a sale item that was out of stock or just attentive, helpful employees, it's been all great. Yesterday I went in for some AirPods and true to form a young man, Benson approached us to help, he quickly went to retrieve the product from the back. He was patient while we quickly looked at a couple of accessories, he pointed out suggestions. Payment process was quick even though he took the time to not only explain the benefits of the BB protection coverage (however decided to go with AppleCare). He was friendly, courteous and thorough. I'd also like to give Benson 5 stars if I can as well.

  Overall a good experience. I asked one of the staff, at Best Buy Mobile in Woodgrove, about the refund policy if I cannot pick it up. From what I understand, my transaction is cancelled 14 calendar days after I purchased the phone in store. Then I will receive my refund between 5 - 7 business days afterwards. I realize I called the wrong store but would like management to clarify this. I spoke with Glendy.

  I drive an hour from my home town to purchase a laptop. I normally use Staples but because we had visa point gift cards we used Best Buy. The sale rep directs to to a solid unit but they do not have it in store. I tell him that we are from out of town and they can just ship it to me at our location in my home town.... get the receipt today by email and it shows they are mailing it to the store location!! I try calling the store and the they don't have a direct line, it goes to a general call centre. They advise me that they cant stop the shipment and I need to drive 1 hour there (and 1 hour back) to the store location to pick it up when it arrives.... I ask for the store phone number to call them and deal with the sales rep who grossly errored.... They will not provide it.... Demand a supervisor... They will not transfer me. The only option is for me to NOT pick up the laptop and then after two weeks they will refund the sale.... Are you kidding me. I demanded a call back from a supervisor or store. They took my info and told me they have 24 hours to call me..... I am not sure how these big box stores stay open. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy EVER again!! lost a customer for life for very bad service. You can't move to international call centres and nickel and dime us for profits and expect us to have any loyalty to you. Shame on you Best Buy! **UPDATE** No call from a Manager, Supervisor or store from my original help / complaint..... It WAS nice that someone responded to my google review by the next day, and i was hopefull..... I responded right away with my receipt number and details, but no response... let down again. Then I get an email notification from the store that my product was received and ready for pick up... not a word of a lie, I was reading the email and I got a call from a store staff telling me the laptop was ready for pick up. I explained the situation.... gave my mailing address again and advised that they will need to ship the laptop to me and to please have the manager call me - so I can get the tracking ID. This was two days ago now.... no laptop and no call..... sigh!! Is there an option to give 0 stars?? You spend $2000 and am i being unreasonable to expect "some" type of service? ***UPDATE July 31 2026*** Another day later - No Laptop, No update, No call - Staff or Manager, No additional notes from Best Buy in this forum... Zero rating, should now be a -1.

  We had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan while purchasing a new cell phone. He was efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable. He reviewed our plans, told us what we didn't need to be paying for and knew just what was right for our needs. We would highly recommend seeking him out if you need a new phone.
