  Went in to find a wireless Bluetooth speaker today with my husband. Upon locating where they were in the renovation and relocating of items, the person i found to help us in fact was not helpful, walked away and then proceeded to bring a pallet of products and blocked us in against the wall while we were testing out a couple of the speakers we found. We did call out for someone to gain access out of the area. No one came back, my husband moved product off the pallet and put on shelves so we could get out. Once out from the blockage, the person just stood there and looked at me, I commented unreal and left the store. I wish more people at least pretended to enjoy there jobs they chose instead of looking miserable and only there to get a check. Pretty sure we won't go back to that location again. At the very least the staff member should have looked before parking the pallet where we were for safety of all involved.

  Great service. Knowledge, of services and products. Also Delivers to Gabriola Island in a timely manner. Delivery personnel were very careful and professional. I did not think they would get it through the door but they did by unpacking it and removing the upright freezer door moving it, then reassembling it. I did not feel rushed.

  This is what I got for paying a full price for a brand new Dyson Fan. I did return it. But I have a question, do you think your clients stupid or something? Such a joke for big brand and represent in this city.

  Andrew at Best Buy provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely patient, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. Our purchase process took much longer than expected because of delays on our end, but Andrew never rushed us and remained helpful the entire time. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. We truly appreciated his understanding and excellent customer service. Thank you, Andrew!
