  Best Buy Express…What a wonderful experience!! Kenzie Mulji, the Sales Consultant that assisted me yesterday was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, patient, informative, and pleasant. She has a great personality and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. No pressure to sell what I did not need or wanted, just gave suggestions. She really help me to get what I was looking for, assisted me to set up my new phone. I am extremely happy with her services. Thanks you Kenzie for everything. I also would like to thank Dave Cundy, the Sale Consultant that stepped in for a moment while Kenzie was busy assisting a customer and to complete my phone set up. He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I just have to say: “What a great store and a fantastic team!” If you are going to buy a new phone or wants to check a new plan, Best Buy Express is the store in Kelowna to go. You will not regret.   Good Day !! This evening I had a great experience with Mike !! He let me buy a phone with 10 minutes before closing. He stayed late and got it done. It was an emergency and I desperately need my cell for worn. He deserves a raise, he went above and beyond my expectations. Cheers !!

  Sebastian H is a rock star. I lost a receipt that I needed for my taxes. Although him and his partner didn't believe that they could find it, they looked, and looked, and looked. Sebastian found it. Customer service was wonderful and always has been at this little store. They are honest and helpful. You guys are awesome.
