  In all of my many years of buying mobile phones I've never had a better experience than I did at this store. The team asked all the right questions to figure out the best possible deal for my new device and plan. Then they even went out of their way to help me set it up. Thank you Ralph and Mattea specifically, you both really impressed me with your knowledge and hard work. It was genuinely a great experience.

  We went into the express location to buy a Chromebook and was helped by Vraj and he was amazing.. he's so knowledgeable and confident in product knowledge that we ended up transferring 4 cell phone lines to the bell program with great incentives.. 10 stars Vraj.. thanks so Much!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Best Buy Express in Kelowna! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in finding exactly what I needed. I’d especially like to mention Ralph, the manager, who was very kind and genuinely focused on finding the best options and benefits for customers. I was also impressed with the attractive Bell mobile packages they offer. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and personalized attention. I would definitely recommend Best Buy Express Kelowna and will shop here again!
