  Went in to get a phone with my son. Went up to kiosk. Lots of people. Scanned in waiting line app didn't work. When we finally got up to desk, the system went down and they told us might as well go. It worked out as Costco had way better deals and $450 gift card and had the s26 ultra unlike best buy.

  Very poor customer service at mobile station coming to get 18 pro max from 3weeks but still not available finally someone called me that 18 pro max available even 2 weeks ago I told an agent that I just change my provider just two weeks ago on that day she said yes you upgrade the phone but when I go to buy my phone they told me you upgrade my mobile phone because of new provider even they can tell me three weeks before when I was coming to buy new phone. When I asked manager to hold the phone 2 weeks only she totally denied. Aleast they should inform the proper information to customer instead of wasting our time

  Terrible service, waited 10 mins to find someone to help. Chased down people just to get a product, 3 of them just stood there looking at us to see who was gonna help us. Arrived at the cash register and 5 employees just standing around talking about their plans. Literally paying people to stand around and wont help customers.

  So this whole way of doing business is very weird. I've been to the store and asked about the availability of certain items, most recently the new iphone, and if they'll carry display versions in store and was told they don't know. So trying it a few days later over the phone and the customer support tells me that there is no way of telling unless I go to the store and that the store won't take calls. This is one of the stupidest things that I've heard ever. The whole point of calling to inquire about something is not to have to waste time. How difficult is it to answer these types of questions over the phone. It's worth mentioning that the in-store guys at this location are also very unprofessional, a couple of interactions I had with them recently the guys were not even looking at me when talking and on their phone checking their messages or something the whole time.
