  Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Can't tell you how much I appreciate the staff at this store!! Naveah specifically!! I had an issue with my phone starting to overheat and went to a few flagship locations in hopes to get some help. What i got was pushy sales tactics, misleading information and more questions than answers. Naveah was straight to the point precise with her answering my questions. When it was something that she was not 100% on, she wasn't afraid to reach out to her supervisors and even state "I'm not 100% sure and don't want to steer you wrong!" In the end i opted for a new phone, which again Naveah navigated flawlessly and painlessly. I felt bad taking up so much of her time with my issue but she was very capable of taking care of me and everyone else in the store on her own all while keeping her smile and warm inviting personality showing through! If ever you question anything you hear from a kiosk/flagship store, I advise you to talk to Naveah here! She will clear up the muddy waters and make you feel heard and not just a sale! Thank you again!!!!!

  Sharon was the best help ever :) got all set up for my new phone plan and no problems at all. Easy peasy. And I got a great in-store credit too 🥳.
